"Revver Makes Multi-Facility Document Management and Audit Search Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Managing documentation across multiple hospital facilities is a nightmare if you don't have the right system in place, and Revver has definitely helped us get a handle on it. The thing that stood out to me right away was how well it handles all the different types of files we deal with daily, from maintenance logs and inspection reports to vendor contracts and equipment manuals. The search functionality is honestly impressive, we can pull up a specific piece of equipment history in seconds during a Joint Commission audit, which has saved us from some major headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

We have a lot of legacy systems across our different facilities, and getting everything migrated over and properly indexed took longer than the sales team originally suggested. I think part of the issue was that our data was so messy to begin with, but it still felt like the onboarding team could have been more upfront about the effort required. "Revver’s Intelligent Search Brings Order to Healthcare Documentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

In healthcare, documentation is everything. Between patient records, referral letters, insurance paperwork, and compliance documents, the amount of paper we handle is overwhelming. Revver has genuinely helped us get a handle on this chaos. The intelligent search feature is a game-changer for us. Being able to find a specific lab result or a referral letter from months ago in seconds, even if it was originally a scanned document, saves our administrative staff hours of digging through filing cabinets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The platform has a lot of features, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Our clinical staff are focused on patient care, not on learning complex document management software. The onboarding process helped, but some of our team still find certain functions a bit unintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Search and Secure Client Portals That Elevate Professionalism"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

As someone who runs a solo consulting practice, I'm always looking for tools that help me look more professional without having to hire a team. Revver has been pretty useful for managing the documentation side of my client engagements. I deal with a lot of keyword research reports, competitor analysis, and content calendars, and keeping all of that organized used to be a bit of a mess. The search function is legitimately impressive; being able to find a specific piece of data from a report I wrote six months ago by just typing in a keyword or a client's name saves me a ton of time. I also appreciate the secure client portals. It makes sharing deliverables feel a lot more polished than just attaching files to an email, and I think that kind of professionalism helps build trust with my startup clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

It took me a good week to really get comfortable with the interface and figure out how to set things up so they worked for me, rather than trying to fit my process into how they think I should be working. For a busy consultant, that time investment was significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver Streamlined Our Contract Management with Smart Search and Automated Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Our biggest challenge at DataCore was the sheer volume of client contracts and onboarding paperwork. It was getting lost in inboxes, and version control was a nightmare. Revver has genuinely helped us get a handle on it. The smart search is a lifesaver; being able to find a specific contract clause in seconds rather than digging through shared drives for 15 minutes has been a game-changer for our team. We’ve also started using the automated workflows for our standard NDA and master service agreement approvals, and it’s cut the back-and-forth routing time down to a fraction of what it was. It’s just a more streamlined way to work, especially for a team that prides itself on efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The initial implementation wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. We had to spend a fair bit of time upfront getting the indexing structure right, and it took some trial and error to get the OCR to correctly identify all the fields in our more complex forms. "Revver’s Smart Extract AI and No-Code Workflows Saved Us Hours Every Week"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Coming from a software background, I was honestly skeptical about how much value a document management tool could really add to our workflow. But Revver surprised me. The Smart Extract AI is genuinely impressive - it reads scanned documents and handwritten forms without requiring a ton of setup on our end. We process a lot of client intake paperwork at NexusFlow, and being able to automate the extraction and routing of that information has saved my operations team hours every week. The no-code workflow builder is also a standout. I can build automation rules without pulling in my engineering team, which keeps things simple and lets us move fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The interface feels a bit dated in some places. It's functional, but it's not as modern or intuitive as some of the other tools we use. There were a few times I had to click around more than I'd like to find a specific feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s Smart Extract AI Makes Document Search Fast and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

For me, the biggest win with Revver is the organization. We were managing client files across a mess of folders and systems before. The search function with the Smart Extract AI is a lifesaver. Being able to find a specific document in seconds, even if it's a scan of a handwritten note from a client meeting, has cut down the time we spend hunting for information drastically. It gives us more time to focus on actual advising, which is what we're here for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The onboarding and setup took a little more time and effort than I initially expected. Getting all our old data indexed correctly was a project. I know that's not really the software's fault, but if you have a massive backlog of files, just be prepared for that upfront lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver Streamlines Creative Asset Management with Smart Search and Secure Client Portals"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Coming from a brand marketing background, I spend a lot of time managing creative assets, agency briefs, and campaign approval workflows. What I like most about Revver is how it handles the back end of our creative process without getting in the way of the creative work itself. The intelligent search feature has been incredibly helpful when I need to pull up an old campaign brief or a previous version of a creative deck. We work with multiple external agencies and freelancers, so the secure client portals are a real highlight for us. Being able to share files with partners while maintaining complete control over permissions has made our collaboration much smoother and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

I will say that the interface, while functional, isn't the most visually inspiring thing to look at. For someone who spends a lot of time in design-forward platforms, Revver feels a bit utilitarian. It gets the job done efficiently, but it doesn't have that polished, modern feel that I typically gravitate towards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver Streamlines Document Intake and eSignatures for Marketing Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

For a marketing team, we deal with an incredible amount of contracts, creative briefs, and vendor agreements. What I appreciate most about Revver is how it has simplified our document intake process. The ability to create fillable form templates has been a lifesaver for our campaign intake process. Instead of chasing people for complete information, we just send a link and everything comes in structured and organized. The integrated eSignature feature is also great since we no longer have to juggle multiple tools just to get a simple contract signed. It keeps everything in one place and I can see exactly where a document is in the approval chain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The search functionality has been a bit hit or miss for us. Sometimes I can find exactly what I need in seconds, but other times I feel like I have to try several different search terms to pull up the document I'm looking for. It might be a matter of our team not consistently using the indexing features correctly, but it has been frustrating on a few occasions when we were in a rush to pull up an old contract or brief. It's not a massive issue, but something that could be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s Secure, High-Performance Workflow Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Actually what we like most about Revver is its workflow automation feature like you can automatically route documents like whenever any bill is uploaded it directly goes to manager for approval without manually sending an email , also it is highly secure and its performance is really good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

Actually there are two downsides about Revver like you have to put some extra effort for its setup and implemetation , it is not that much easy because it needs proper planning and the other downside is that for smaller teams it can feel a bit expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Revver Implementation, Helpful Support, and Time-Saving Workflow Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

We are a small but growing team, so I don’t have an IT department to fall back on. The biggest relief for me was how easy the implementation was with Revver. We were up and running within a few days. The customer support team was really helpful during the whole process, which was a huge plus. I specifically liked the workflow automation because we don't have to chase down approvals for purchase orders and contracts manually anymore. It just routes things automatically. The fact that we get unlimited storage from the get-go was also a big selling point for us since we are always handling new vendor contracts and product spec sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

I think there is a bit of a learning curve if you really want to dig into all the advanced AI features. The Smart Extract is great when it works, but sometimes it takes a bit of tweaking to get it to read certain handwritten notes from our independent retail partners. For a startup like ours, the interface is powerful, but I would love for the UI to be a little bit more intuitive so I could just jump in and build complex workflows without having to think about it too much.
