Needs major improvements **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Carly W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023 **What do you like best about Revver?** The only thing good I can say is that it is web based making it easy for everyone to have access anytime. **What do you dislike about Revver?** The lag time after each click made it impossible for my team to continue using it, we spent hours setting up our platform and was under delivered on everything and had to stop using after 1 week. Took weeks to get a response and to show Revver our issues and they couldn't fix and never offered a refund--we spent $7,000 to get the platform and enough users for our team. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, it's a terrible product and I really hope this review will save another company thousands! **Official Response from Sam Emery:** > Hi Carly, We're sorry you had a poor experience with the product. Before switching, we used to have to send encrypted emails, now it's just drag and drop. **What do you dislike about Revver?** This software is probably great for new users whose documents are mostly digital. Do NOT sign up with eFileCabinet if you are migrating from previous DMS software. Getting onboarded has been an awful experience. EFC's metadata feature or "Profiles" we simply can't use because there's no way to add metadata in bulk to all our migrated files. Bulk changes to files/folders cannot be made (i.e. Removing templates on selected folders, moving selected drawers from one cabinet to another, editing profile data on all selected files). On searches that have a large number of results, the export button does not work, and the column widths aren't adjustable, so if your file/path names are too long, there's no way to view your search results. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storing documents and sharing documents with clients. ### 3. I have had appointments that the representative has just not shown up to and during the demo they represented to me that efilecabinet could be integrated with another program I was using. Once I signed up I was told that they could not help me with this and I would basically have to hire a software developer to write an entirely new program. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that I have to keep a separate window open all the time and log back in every single time I open it. The whole thing is cumbersome. It also loads VERY slow. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 5. I had nothing but issues with it from the very beginning, literally spent entire days working with their tech support people and it still didn't work. I switched to another solution even though I'm paid up with eFileCabinet through April - it was costing us too much money in time and productivity. **What do you dislike about Revver?** The sync tool didn't work, it crashed my computer constantly and I spent days with tech support and it still wasn't fixed. My remote workers couldn't access files because they never syned. **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** I would not recommend this product at all. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** None - I thoroughly detested this software. Also, by their own admission - they messed up my monthly billing, and did not bill be for several months in a row, then when they tried to bill me a huge amount at one time it didn't go through on my credit card and they shut me down without any notice, again causing me huge amounts of lost time in productivity. When I finally managed to talk to the Accounting Manager he admitted that it was their mistake. ### 6. You cannot drag and drop to an email when encryption is not needed. To many clicks to retrieve a file, not nearly as easy as before and time consuming. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is trying to do to much. It is supposed to be a file cabinet.
