RevvSales UI/UX is modern, slick, and easy to use and learn. The guided selling piece and ability to incorporate a sales methodology and really guide reps through the quoting, deal desk, CPQ, and "deal room" and legal pieces is unlike almost any other solution out there today.

Admin is a bit of a challeng in the upfront set up and is a heavy lift. Lots of planning and designing required, but payoff is worth it once fully set up, it becomes very easy. Adjusting and modifying after isn't difficult, but due to the nature of how built out everything is, it can be challenging.

I would not necessarily recommend going overboard and all out on the guided selling piece for a newer company still "figuring things out" as a lot of adjustments will be necessary.

I loved this tool from day one itself. It is a great tool that allows my company to create contracts quickly. Its ability to allow my team to collaborate on negotiations, logic-based approval workflow rules, redlining, color coding based on contract status, e-signature, document sharing features are really helpful. I like the automatic template creation and custom fields in the document the best. It eased our quote creation process extensively.

It is extremely comprehensive, and the team behind the document content has actually explored the sales cycle in required depth...most other tools I had explored kept the content very generic and limited in scope. Once we upgraded to the Pro version where I could build workflows - the utility was felt much effectively.... earlier we had been using a complex mix of MS word and MS excel to achieve the same thing - much relieved now! At first go, I required assistance from the support team to understand the flow. Not all documents were of immediate use for us, so had to comb through the repository and build our flow.
