I think SFDC integration needs to be improved and syncing back from RevvSales to SFDC needs to be improved as it required more custom work from them.Also i expected contract integration to billing as well.I expected better demo from support team as a free trial user for customizing my setup which should be improved.I would have had clear purchase decision with the demo. Clearly RevvSales's product is built by sales people for sales people. I found the sales pipeline easy to understand and the various functions quite straightforward. There is a guided tour of the application, although I found myself not needing it much.

If you are new to sales, you may find yourself somewhat confused by the UI. It's not obvious how to begin. Sales people, who have worked with other tools will not be too surprised.
