What I like best about Revv is wow where do I start. First it’s a very easy to navigate website. There aren’t a ton of templates but they have the ones you need and they alter very easy into what you need. I also like the way the software works very easy to use not as time consuming as others and it’s so so so easy to get support the support aspect is what does it for me. My dislikes is hmmm it’s a little buggy spent quite come time trying to get the tables to work and they still didn’t work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is great because it allows you to send a proposal document with quotes embedded in the proposal, so the customer does not have to download an attachment to view their options. And their support is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have really had a good time working with RevvSales team.This product has all the standards for the quote creation and document creation processes very well.The energy and enthusiasm we get along with this service is incomparable. I think SFDC integration needs to be improved and syncing back from RevvSales to SFDC needs to be improved as it required more custom work from them.Also i expected contract integration to billing as well.I expected better demo from support team as a free trial user for customizing my setup which should be improved.I would have had clear purchase decision with the demo. The templates are super and perfect. With minimal changes we managed to use MSA and win a large enterprise deal :)

Clearly RevvSales's product is built by sales people for sales people. I found the sales pipeline easy to understand and the various functions quite straightforward. There is a guided tour of the application, although I found myself not needing it much.

If you are new to sales, you may find yourself somewhat confused by the UI. It's not obvious how to begin. Sales people, who have worked with other tools will not be too surprised.

RevvSales UI/UX is modern, slick, and easy to use and learn. The guided selling piece and ability to incorporate a sales methodology and really guide reps through the quoting, deal desk, CPQ, and "deal room" and legal pieces is unlike almost any other solution out there today.

Admin is a bit of a challeng in the upfront set up and is a heavy lift. Lots of planning and designing required, but payoff is worth it once fully set up, it becomes very easy. Adjusting and modifying after isn't difficult, but due to the nature of how built out everything is, it can be challenging.

I would not necessarily recommend going overboard and all out on the guided selling piece for a newer company still "figuring things out" as a lot of adjustments will be necessary.

I loved this tool from day one itself. It is a great tool that allows my company to create contracts quickly. Its ability to allow my team to collaborate on negotiations, logic-based approval workflow rules, redlining, color coding based on contract status, e-signature, document sharing features are really helpful. I like the automatic template creation and custom fields in the document the best. It eased our quote creation process extensively.

i liked being able to have my products saved. it elements me having to lookup sku numbers and prices on every order. about 1.3rd of my day is sending quotes so the easier the better. i also like getting notifications once a client reads my quote Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely comprehensive, and the team behind the document content has actually explored the sales cycle in required depth...most other tools I had explored kept the content very generic and limited in scope. Once we upgraded to the Pro version where I could build workflows - the utility was felt much effectively.... earlier we had been using a complex mix of MS word and MS excel to achieve the same thing - much relieved now! At first go, I required assistance from the support team to understand the flow. Not all documents were of immediate use for us, so had to comb through the repository and build our flow. I was scouting for a user-friendly contract management software which I can use along with Salesforce. Stumbled upon RevvSales, and used their free trial for a month-long, and finally upgraded to their paid plan. I personally like their document creation flows and approval flows. I am quite happy that I can use the system as a document repository as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would have liked it if they support proposal templates too in their system. I have taken up this issue with their support and product team. I hope, they come up with an update soon that supports proposals templates. Again, there is a slight learning curve when I use it with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RevvSales is really good at generating sophisticated, customizable documents with impressive workflow capabilities, like an MSA, quote or NDA, once you have templates set up. Also, the support system is super fast and always responsive on chat and emails.And this is super valuable given I will be confident that issues will be addressed quickly. As with any product there are bound to be some teething issues.

- Template setup took some time for me because we need to set up complex workflows. But again Revvsales support helps in the setup process.

- Faced some issues with the editor earlier but the recent updates have made it much better.

- Their editor does not support Proposal currently.
