RevSure's brilliance lies in its flexibility, which means it can be used by different functions. My role is with, and I've seen firsthand how the platform gave us the clarity we needed by showing the stories and movements that happen when people interact with our campaigns. Beyond the basic attribution models, most tools offer RevSure, which makes visibility easy. Francisco and team are, and I am not kidding always a slack away, but even more than that is that they take the time to understand the uniqueness of how our company works and sees success.

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

There isn’t something I would specifically call out, but if I have to, I would say there is a bit of a learning curve, but the team is always producing new resources, webinars, and reaching out proactively.

**What problems is RevSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number 1 problem I see, and experience, is that we see the outcomes of all our efforts, but surfacing quickly what is working and what is not before RevSure was a daunting task. The next level that RevSure does is the ability to see this at both a strategic and tactical level.

**What do you like best about RevSure?**

I like the ability to integrate a lot of different data sources. You can get Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and a whole bunch of other data sources ingested into the platform for better funnel and attribution analytics. It helps paint a better picture of our funnel visibility. We're able to not just look at data that's being ingested into Salesforce, but we can see more website data as well as a full pathway for each individual lead who enters our funnel. So it just provides a fuller picture.

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

I think the learning curve and complexity is higher for RevSure. Due to the ability for users to slice and dice the data in many different ways, it can be complex or overwhelming. The setup was also challenging, like a seven on a scale of one to 10, because there are a lot of configuration aspects that need to be set up correctly.

RevSure provides a granular view into campaign performance and funnel metrics at different levels, and allows integration of various data sources like Salesforce and Google Ads for better funnel visibility and attribution analytics.

I find RevSure to be a great intuitive product, but what really stands out is the service. Our main point of contact, Francisco, was always ready to jump on a call to help us work through different use cases and to do custom work for us.

The UI/UX is a little confusing. I'm not always sure how to navigate to the right reports. And some of the filtering is not that intuitive. It required a good amount of time for a marketing person to set up our instance.

Nothing to note. Revsure is great and has been a massive unlock for our organization. If you are struggling with channel attribution after a onetrust implementation.

After enabling onetrust, we lost nearly 80% of our channel-level attribution. This was a huge problem that revsure went above and beyond to help us solve. They went as far as to purchase a copy of onetrust to make sure they could accurately solve for our issues and build several custom features around our needs.

Additionally, as the platform continues to evolve, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with some of our lesser-used marketing tools. But overall, these are minor and the team is very receptive to feedback, which gives me confidence they’ll continue to iterate quickly.

RevSure is helping us solve one of the most critical challenges in revenue operations: lack of visibility and predictability across the funnel. **What do you like best about RevSure?**

We have been using RevSure now for almost a full year... and it's been amazing how easily RevSure has adapted to our growth.

Our use of their Deep Funnel Optimization tool has allowed to easily adjust the offline conversions we send to Google, Meta, Etc. They pivoted with us when our goal was to scale, and pivoted again when we switched to a retained user KPI.

MMX (Market Mix Modeling) was instrumental in allowing us to find the true "real" value of LinkedIn. 

We have also made significant use of their Agent Ai -- we know Agentic AI that's what we do. We use a RevSure built an agent  that enriches our members from a variety of sources.

RevSure has also made end of week, end of month, and end of quarter reporting easier then ever -- still takes time, but I'm not wasting time.

I have been looking for a way to make things a bit simpler when tracking paid media across multiple channels, The customer success team at RevSure lead by Francisco  enabled me so I could quickly pull attribution and KPIs saving me hours every week. We've now grown from 50k sign ups August 2024 to over 1.9Mill May 2025.

We also use their deep funnel optimization to send offline conversions to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. 

It was easy to implement and they helped us develop the scoring and monitor it day to day so I can focus on driving  sign-ups and usage. 

It's my weekly go to tool for everything attribution, reporting and optimization.

Tracking linkedin effectiveness can be complicated, market mix modeling has shown us that were it matters most (long term active users) linkedin performs equivalent to Google.

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

It makes me hate all the time I wasted trying to get reporting and attribution on other platforms. It's full tool set is vast but I get weekly enablement to help me pick the right options.

Multi touch attribution, optimizing lead generation, weekly active usage and long term retention, and market mix modeling. We also use RevSure to track daily vistors and our vistor to lead funnel.

The customer support and partnership we have with the Revsure team is also on another level from virtually every other vendor I have ever worked with.

Not much to say here.   We occasionally have to review the data for what seems to be an error, but it has always been an issue with filters applied or custom logic we needed to think through with the platform.

Once all the integrations were done they were very supportive in making us understand how to find the metrics and how to use different attribution models.

It took some time for us to understand where to look into the different metrics but the Revsure team has helped us and once we started using the filters we were able to see the right metrics.

One of the best things about RevSure was how quick and simple our implementation and onboarding were. We got all of our data sources connected in one kick-off call and the RevSure team took it from there configuring our custom funnel. Once we were onboarded it became a tool we use daily to inform our marketing decisions. on top of being able to make better decisions surrounding ROI and Attribution the customer support offered by RevSure is truly next level. They have also started making huge strides in their AI to help us with our pipeline health and identify possible deals that are not on our radar.

The only downside I have encountered is now that we have all of this amazing reporting and insights, how do we replace our legacy reporting and shift everyone's mindset to the RevSure data vs. "how we have always done it"? **What do you like best about RevSure?**

Revsure is a full funnel analytics & tool that provides our finance, sales / sales ops, and marketing teams with the insights we need to accelerate pipeline & close business. It helps us digest large amounts of data by connecting to our CRM, MAP, sales outreach, & advertising channels, and is a useful story-telling tool for campaign performance and pipeline conversion.  I work on the marketing side and use it weekly (audits) and quarterly (deeper analysis). 

Highly customizable - we were able to define our stages & statuses using our own custom fields in salesforce. 

Time savings - The marketing ROI & attribution section has a ton of useful data that had to be manually pulled, scrubbed, and arranged into a digestible view.

Ready-to-use - We can see a campaign-specific funnel & conversion rates without relying on SFDC dashboard builds. We are able to slice and dice the campaigns by campaign-specific fields in SFDC.

Responsive team - They have built us automated weekly reporting that was manually pulled in the past, which has been a big time saver. They have a great team, who worked with us to launch new product functionality as needed. 

Some of my favorite functionality & features: 
They have a section where you can build and favorite different 'views' to answer specific questions, which helps tell a story instead of simply providing raw data to stakeholders. It is very useful to keep track of trends over time.

They have a funnel conversion attribution section where they calculate your conversion rates between stages per campaign or campaign-type. This is just one of the many views you can build. We have not had this level of granularity when looking at our data in the past.

The campaign reallocation section allows us to see, specifically for paid channels, which our top and bottom performing campaigns are and where we should re-allocate spend. 

Implementation & integration is relatively easy with their team. They act like partners rather than vendors.

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

Not super convinced on the projections and use of AI in the tool yet. A few of the views that we wanted have had to be built by their implementation teams for us, which is a blessing as they have helped us out a lot, but at the same time it is hard to be autonomous as there is a learning curve for non-technical users.

The cleaner the data in your CRM, the more accurate your numbers will be. This isn't a magic solution for attribution and you will have to ensure your systems and operations are locked down before implementing a tool like this.

**What problems is RevSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paid campaign spend re-allocation on digital channels, allowing us to make faster decisions with less manual efforts.
Conversion rates between stages, benefiting us with time savings and using less resources to gather weekly reporting. 
Funnel views per campaign, giving us campaign performance results in a digestible view rather than relying on manual reporting or salesforce dashboards that have limitations.

RevSure is the first tool I've encountered that offers an AI based forecasted pipeline, which is super useful! This can be used to guide the GTM teams where to focus their efforts on suggested leads/pipeline in the funnel most likely to close, which is all based on your company's historical pipeline data. Another very valuable use case is cohort analysis on past leads/pipeline with the ability to see what happened to those particular deals with just a few clicks. There is also marketing campaign analysis as well as views into where in the funnel conversion is working or not. Everything is readily available to drill into at any level/dimension/point in time, which makes RevSure a really powerful tool for both GTM and Finance teams!

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

RevSure is a fairly new tool and therefore the product is still being fundamentally tweaked. As a customer, it requires a bit more attention than a more mature product might. Having said that, the team at RevSure is exceedingly attentive to their customers needs and desires. It is really impressive how quickly they address any issue and also implement new features based on customer feedback.

**What problems is RevSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevSure is making pipeline analysis so much easier and faster, removing lots of manual work and manipulation. It is helping our company answer executive level business questions with speed and accuracy. As a demand generation leader I like that RevSure allows be to get insights quickly and easily. What types of content do people engage with, what moves pipeline, etc... The product is robust yet simple to use and the team is wildly supportive and dedicated to our success.

Becasue the platform is so robust, Revsure can be a lot to tackle at once if you don't have a plan. The team has been helpful in building this out with us but I would reccomend to bite things off in small bits versus try to use everything at once out of the gate.

Revsure does a great job aggregating data across multiple sources. It's helped our Marketing and Sales team gather data for a complete funnel progression and revenue overview. We found a lot of value in aggregating data (Google Ads, Paid, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce) in one platform. Our process was manual before Revsure, and we can automate and map out data to make smarter business decisions. The Revsure team is exceptional in helping our team build dashboards that help our teams make sense of data.

The product UI can use some updates. They're a newer company, and this will definitely improve as they grow.

Instead of investing in a multi-person reporting team, data warehouse, and many other data tools...we can FINALLY get a unified view of our funnel and pipeline data in a very easy to use (and implement!) tool.  We literally had our first insights into which Marketing efforts were generating most Closed-Won within 12 hours of signing the deal.

**What do you dislike about RevSure?**

They provide a lot of detail!  But I'd rather have more detail than less.  Just need to know how to navigate it (takes about a week or so to get fully comfortable with it...but well worth it!).

RevSure is providing a unified view of our funnel and pipeline...basically merging our Marketing automation data and our CRM data to show ROI and impact of our Marketing spend.  This might seem simple, but it is extremely difficult to do!

Unified, Cross-platform sales and marketing funnel and insights in an easy-to-use, comprehensive interface. It allows us to get actionable insights at each stage in our funnel and ensure we reduce leakage, improve focus and track leads from the start to the end of their lifecycle.

As a platform, Revsure can provide too many metrics at times, making it difficult to focus on what you need. However I believe there are features in progress to improve in this area.

**What problems is RevSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have successfully unified marketing data (Hubspot), Ads Data (Linkedin and Google Ads) and Sales Data (Salesforce) and can track and measure leads from inception to close. This means we can easily see trends, calculate ROI, CPL, CPO which has never been previously possible without many complex spreadsheets. Alongside this, we can easily segment and filter to analyse our data to identify where to focus more or decrease focus accordingly, as well as identify leakages throughout the funnel and ensure we are capitalising on all demand gen efforts.
