Revops used to be a fantastic experience. We had one on one access to the support team, the ability to get quick answers as the product expanded and was refined. There were a fair share of bugs and hiccups, however they could be responded to in a timely fashion. Since the Maxio acquisition, it's been atrocious. We've had game-breaking bugs, sales stopping bugs, and the support is non existent. We pay for premium support and have only had that removed.
