Revo is an AI email assistant that drafts replies directly inside Gmail and Outlook before the user opens the email. It pulls context from connected business tools rather than relying on email history alone. When an email arrives, Revo reads the thread and cross-references information from Slack conversations, meeting notes, CRM records, project tickets, and documents to generate a fact-based draft. Each draft includes a source citation showing which tools and data points were used to write it. Revo connects to over 50 tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies, Gong, and tl;dv. It works inside Gmail and Outlook without requiring a browser extension or software installation. The platform builds persistent Intelligence Modules for each organization: structured memory layers that track project statuses, team responsibilities, past decisions, and relationship history. These modules update continuously as new meetings, messages, and tool activity come in. Beyond drafting, Revo can execute actions triggered by email content: updating a Jira or Linear ticket, scheduling a meeting, creating a document, or logging activity in a CRM. Revo is used by account executives managing high-volume client communication, customer success teams handling ongoing account threads, operations managers coordinating across tools and time zones, founders and executives receiving emails across multiple stakeholders, and legal or professional services teams referencing case information held across colleagues' inboxes. Setup takes under 60 seconds by connecting a Google or Outlook account. Data is encrypted with AES-256, never used to train public AI models, and the platform is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27701 certified.
