It is designed for operations with 30 or more agent seats. The creditor's policy (phases, discounts, fees and approval limits) is configuration, not code, and it is enforced the same way for human negotiators, AI agents and outsourced agencies. On one database, revo360 holds the portfolio, the multichannel dunning sequence (WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, RCS and dialer), the negotiator's workstation (queue, account card and wrap-up on one screen), agreements, bank slips with online registration, payment reconciliation from bank and gateway notifications, creditor statements and remittances, agency management (quotas, live monitoring and a scorecard), the legal module and the analytics suite (portfolio, vintage curves, roll rate, promises and kept rate, cash forecast and realized cash). AI agents work inside the policy: Sarah negotiates with the customer on WhatsApp 24/7 and delivers the bank slip in the conversation; Sarah VOX does the same by phone; Simmone briefs the negotiator before the contact and suggests the wrap-up, which the negotiator confirms; jAcob prioritizes the contact queue by propensity to pay, channel and best time; Môzi explains the dashboards and proposes an action plan. Any discount above the approval limit becomes an exception proposal decided by a person, with the decision recorded. Every AI action is logged under its own user, and each agent can be switched off from its own settings. Each customer runs on a dedicated virtual machine and database, in the revo360 cloud (datacenter in Brazil), in the customer's own cloud or on-premises. Personal data is encrypted at column level (AES-256), the audit trail records who did what, and the Enterprise plan carries a contractual 99.9% monthly availability with service credits. Integration is open: REST API, webhooks and an MCP connector; 14 dialers and 8 WhatsApp providers (including the official Meta API) are integrated, and changing a messaging provider is a configuration change. Scale, measured: 1.43 million accounts and 434 concurrent users in one production instance (September 2026); 37 dedicated database servers in the fleet (August 2026). revo360 is made by REVOLUTION SOFTWARE & BPO LTDA, from Recife, Brazil, working only in credit and collections since 1996.
