**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milica D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I like how easy it is to use Revizto and the speed of processing data. It's a tool I rely on every day in meetings with trades and during the procurement process. It really helps with faster communication with all the parties involved in the project and provides transparency of information.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Schedules need to be exported to be sorted a bit more, or to do calculations of quantities. Need more straightforward system for field operations to use; it’s overwhelming for site crews with limited 3D environment knowledge.

I really appreciate the valuable support from the Revizto team, which made the initial setup and understanding of the software straightforward. The team was tremendously helpful in guiding me through the basic navigation and settings, making it easy to adapt to the software. I transitioned from using Navisworks to Revizto and found its navigation superior and user-friendly, which significantly made my modeling tasks more straightforward. The class detection and automation features in Revizto are particularly impressive and useful. They greatly simplify the process of presenting building models to clients, allowing them to visually understand the design and construction deliverables. Additionally, I find that Revizto enhances our workflow by making it easier to predict and demonstrate construction outcomes, which instills confidence in our clients. The software has effectively streamlined our previous manual clash detection processes on paper by providing an accurate and efficient digital alternative. Overall, these benefits greatly simplify our construction planning and presentation efforts, making Revizto an integral tool in my work.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

I would like Revizto to be available on Android or iPhone devices. This would enable me to use it on my iPad, which would be convenient for performing tasks like class detection directly on-site.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revizto for 3D modeling and clash detection, which eases construction planning and impresses clients with future building visuals, enhancing project presentations.

  ### 29. Easy to Use with Excellent Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

Ease of use. Excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

There is nothing major. I wish that it can natively support .VUE file formats and doesn't have to go via NWF, NWD as the conversion format.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows excellent collaboration across project lifecycle. Save time, and creates an efficient work process.

  ### 30. User-Friendly with Robust Issue Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** satish k.

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I appreciate Revizto's user-friendly interface, which simplifies my workflow and makes it accessible for everyone. The tool is particularly effective for creating and resolving issues that go live, which enhances communication and visibility across projects. I love its graphical workspace, which makes navigating and understanding complex data visually appealing and intuitive. The seamless integration with Revit provides easy collaboration, which is crucial for our workflow. I find the automation features helpful, as they make performing repetitive tasks straightforward and efficient. Additionally, Revizto's ability to overlay 2D sheets into 3D models is an impressive feature I haven't seen in other software, making it innovative. The issue tracker is notably efficient and stands out compared to other tools like Navisworks, which boosts my productivity and keeps everyone on the same page. Furthermore, I enjoy the ability to add external attachments to issues, including photos, making documentation comprehensive. These features collectively support my decision to recommend Revizto to others and continue utilizing it for future projects.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

I find creating the clash reports in Revizto complicated, especially when it comes to creating the sets and setting them as a base for automation. It would be beneficial if this process were simplified. Additionally, while using sections, Revizto currently only allows one plain section at a time, whereas Navisworks offers six, allowing more flexibility. This limitation in Revizto makes it less convenient for users who are accustomed to the capabilities in Navisworks.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product user-friendly and efficient for creating and tracking issues, facilitating easy sharing via hyperlinks, which saves time by eliminating the need to open each issue individually.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto's user-friendly interface and robust issue tracking. We understand your feedback on creating clash reports and using sections. We're glad to hear that Revizto has been beneficial for your project communication and collaboration.

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

In revizto, we can easily run the clash coordination and assign the issues to different trades/services.other than this, we can paste the snip after resolving the issue and convert the status into solved. Through this software, multiple users can work on the same time with very smoot manner.

Revizto, sometimes login issues suffer with different zones/ regions

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clash solving is straightforward, as we can easily create sections from any view—top, right, left, or bottom—which makes it simple to identify and assess clashes. The element ID feature allows us to quickly locate and rectify elements such as pipes or ducts in other software like Revit. The sectioning tool also makes it easy to perform walkthroughs within the model. The synchronization process is convenient; by clicking the sync tab, we can receive the latest updates in Revizto.

Updating models changes the markups already in the issue tracker and makes it difficult to go back and see previous markups

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto solves communication issues that we previously had with subcontractors seeing where we were at in coordination. The improved communications leads to smoother project updates.

  ### 43. Intuitive and Reliable BIM Tool, But High Cost Limits Accessibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Senior BIM Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It is very user friendly and intuitive. It is reliable with frequent updates. It "democratizes BIM" effectively as advertised.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

The cost has always been prohibitive and only seems to get worse. It is difficult to justify the cost and that is the reason that many large organisations are looking for alternatives.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, it is an issue management software. It is an effective clash management tool and the 2D integration is without peer.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**
