"Flexibility on any device and excellent communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Regarding Revizto, what I like the most is the flexibility to use it on any type of device. The communication between the end users and us, who work with the models, is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

If I need it for smaller projects, the cost seems very expensive to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elite Search and Seamless 2D–3D Linking for Site Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

The ease of viewing 2D Sheets, the linking between them - great. The linking to 3D model even better to understand details for the Site Team. Search function is elite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Academy is not the easiest to navigate for new starters.

Lower performance PC's lag even on fastest settings. Hard to get Site Ops onboard when their low end machines cannot run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it easy for stakeholders to collaborate and work through 3D coordination issues together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

"Revizto is Great!"
4/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto is a tool that is designed for coordination. It is more thoughtout than other industry standards like Navis, and feels more intentional. Customer service has been great and the Revizto team is really good about answering question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Some features still need to be hashed out. The windows can only be seen if opened to a different size and cannot be pulled out to be a different window. Revizto is more enjoyable when there is prior experience with navigiation tools. I feel like there should be more tools with getting someone started with how Revizto works. Also the buttons on Revizto needs to be labeled.

Also needs to be intregrated with other platforms more (like procore). It would be nice to be able to elevate items to observation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

We're glad to hear that you find Revizto to be a great tool for coordination and that our customer service has been helpful. We appreciate your feedback on the features and integration with other platforms, and we'll take it into consideration for future improvements.

"Issue Tracking and Centralized Collaboration That Really Deliver"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

In my experience, the most helpful parts are the issue tracking, the centralized collaboration, and the clash reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The main drawbacks are the licensing costs and the fact that you’re too dependent on the model’s quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Features with Minor Setup Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I really like Revizto's viewpoints, the section cuts, and the drive-by feature. The 2D/3D overlays are incredibly useful, and the selection tree feature makes it easier to manage my models. I also appreciate the color coding for trades and the search sets, all of which make using the software more efficient and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Revizto may take a little while to open up. It could be helpful to have an option to select which models should open first to speed up the initial loading process and then load them fully afterwards. Also, everything has extra steps, which involve more details like needing to sweet/clear a transform scene before exiting to prevent the moved object from staying in place. "Revizto Streamlines Coordination, But Drops Support for Older Revit Versions"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto has become a key part of how we run coordination across all disciplines and is used by me and my team daily. It’s easy to use, the clash detection works really well, and the Switchback feature with Revit makes our workflows very fast when checking and fixing issues. Being able to open it on an iPad, phone, or laptop anywhere is a huge advantage for site reviews and meetings. The issue tracker and combined 3D/2D view make it simple to communicate issues in design or add a more interactive visual to a meeting. It performs well even on large projects and has made coordination much smoother overall for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

A recent update meant Revit 2020 and older are now unsupported, I need to run a separate PC which is dedicated to Revizto scheduling for some projects with an older version of Revizto installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Hi Shez, thanks for the review! We're glad to hear Revizto Clash Detection, Switchback, and multi-device access are helping your team’s coordination. We also hear your feedback about older Revit versions. Thanks again for your insights!

"Fast and Easy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto is a straightforward program to get used to, especially if you are coming from Navisworks. It is also packed with features that make it a great clash-detection replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The main issue is its pricing and licensing system, which limits the number of projects a company can have. A smaller company will need to spend more for less unless it requires many licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto!
