"Seamless Model Imports and Real-Time Site Collaboration on Revit, Microstation and Android"
4/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

That is possible to import models from several formats/software, making easy to work between different offices. Using it on a Android tablet, is also add the benefit to get an updated model to used on site construction so at same time is possible to comunicate issues in some sort of Real-Time (even with a not so powerful tablet) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Customizations are a bit draw back, take longer to make step by step settings either for appearance or colision test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Single Source of Truth: Federated 3D Models, 2D Drawings, and Issue Review in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Being able to create a federated 3D model, add 2D drawings, and review issues within the same environment provides a single source of truth and clearly improves overall project efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I think the automation module could be improved. I had a few ideas I wanted to implement, but they didn’t seem possible with the current version of the automation features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive BIM Coordination Tool with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I appreciate Revizto for its clear and tailored selection and filter rules. The check rules are also very straightforward. I like the navigation in the viewer, and the fact that it's developed with a videogame engine makes collaboration and coordination smooth and easy. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I dislike the frequent bugs and glitches on the platform. Mostly visual bugs, but sometimes functional too. More troublesome is when some issues become unreadable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful BIM Tool for Large IFC Models and Long-Range Infrastructure Projects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Very powerful in the use of a large number of IFC models, as well as other BIM extensions.

Also ideal for infrastructure projects with a range of up to 15 km, which is not possible with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Not much is being done with our support requests:

- bug with ClickShare (ClickShare does not work when Revizto is open on a laptop);

- suggestion for improvement to be able to organize models into folders like model tree in Solibri (requested by all Besix colleagues), but we have been waiting for this for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very User-Friendly—Teams Get Productive in Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

It's very user-friendly. The fact that construction workers, even if they aren't familiar with this kind of softwares, manage to be functional in a matter of hours, is worth a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

It's crazy expensive and it makes it very hard to justify for a specialized contractor who wants to use it for its own business without many subcontractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revizto Makes Real-Time Collaboration and Issue Tracking Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

What I like best about Revizto is its real-time collaboration and issue-tracking features. It makes coordination between teams much easier by allowing quick model reviews, clear communication, and efficient problem-solving in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Sometimes the platform can feel slightly heavy when handling large models, and the learning curve for new users can take some time. Overall, it works well once familiar with the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Collaboration with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I love the Procore integration which elevates RFIs directly from Revizto, saving the team a lot of time and improving communication efficiency with the design team. I also love the 2D overlay that allows for a better understanding of construction documents as they relate to the coordination model. The augmented reality feature is great for the field team and overall conceptualization. Revizto also makes access to the coordination model possible for the entire team in the field, creating a more collaborative process and allowing project information to be easily integrated. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Sometimes automatically generated issues don't automatically close. Another aspect that could be improved is the ability to run more than one clash test at a time without the application crashing or slowing down significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Coordination and Issue Tracking, but a Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

What I like best is that all 2D drawings, 3D models, clash coordination, and issue tracking are all into one place. It makes coordination feel easier because teams can review problems in context, assign issues, add markups, and keep everyone working from the same project information.

The location-based issue tracking are also useful for reducing back-and-forth between design, BIM, and site teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

it feel a bit heavy at first for new users to familiarize the software layout. The interface and sheet organization could be more polished, and performance can slow down when working with larger models.

The software is good but it has a bit long learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Features with Some Server Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto for design and trade coordination at a general contractor and it really stands out because of its auto-closing resolved issues feature. It's much more reliable than Navisworks since the clash detective isn't tied to a file saved down in Forma. I appreciate how it democratizes the appearance profilers and viewpoints, making them accessible to everyone everywhere. The intuitive section function is a favorite of mine. I love the 2D/3D overlay feature, which is incredibly useful for visualizing elements in models. The ability to mark up directly in Revizto without relying on external tools like Microsoft Paint is a real advantage. I also like being able to favorite properties. Creating search sets is fast and easy, and I really enjoy grouping clashes together by simply dragging and dropping. When I create an issue, the interface clearly indicates that it came from the clash detective, which is super helpful. The switchback feature is impressive as long as the section box remains small. Additionally, I find it cool that in the selection inspector, I can create an issue for each object found there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The server has been going down often. The updating process is kind of annoying for users that don't use it daily, it seems like every time they open it, they need to update it. I want more shortcuts. I would love to be able to put the clash detective or other windows to another monitor and have them float. When I create a new group in clash detective, I wish there were settings to have a prefix per level, since I rename regrouped clashes a lot. I would like the appearance profiler options to be accessible when I am in issue tracker's 3D mode so I don't have to click back to 3D. I think there should be more thought put into how Revizto keeps track of which issue you've been reviewing because, if I need to review 100+ issues, if I accidentally change sorting, or when I click away, it’s very easy for me to look at the list of issues and not know where I left off. I wish there was a function that marks areas that are signed off as such and would indicate clashes or changes that happen after sign-off. It would be sweet to integrate a signoff process directly in Revizto. It would be great to be able to access signed off models by version that was separate from just the versions function. It would be awesome to compare versions of the model in a split-screen view to see what changed. I understand the processing power there would be tough. I think if an issue was created in a 2D sheet, I should be able to add a 3D screenshot to the issue a bit more seamlessly than just taking a screenshot manually and then pasting the image. I wish there was a way to indicate if something was marked as ready for approval but to filter out whether the models associated with the clashes have been updated since the status change. Sometimes I'll check if something has changed, and it may already be changed in Revit, but because the model has not been updated, it's not showing up. So I have to check back on the upload date. I wish I could make issues dependent on each other, like solve 1 first and then it auto changes the status of issue 2. Because sometimes something needs to unblock another in design. I wish I could create a custom sequence of assignee. Often I need 3 or 4 things to happen in an order, so I have to rely on the subs to change the assignee in the correct order. I wish I could customize the temporary move access to be perpetual. I know I can shift-select to align the gizmo, but it's annoying if I need to do it 2000+ times for a project if it's not oriented towards true north. I wish the sheet publishing mechanic were more optimized. The bottleneck does not seem to be the processing speed of the computer or network connectivity, but it still takes my remote machine with 128 GBs of RAM and 800 Mbps upload speed 24 hours to publish 550 sheets. I wish it was easier to publish sheets in chunks so that I can batch select a big set but synchronize them in intervals so that I don't lose progress if the last 1% of sheets has an error or an issue. I wish the comments for the issues were not so buried, if I don't intentionally mark up an issue, it's easy for people to not check the comments for the instructions.
