"Streamlined BIM Coordination and Issue Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto for BIM coordination and love how it combines 3D model navigation with clash detection and issue management on a single platform, making collaboration efficient for our project teams. The 2D sheet comparison with the 3D model is incredibly helpful in verifying model information against drawings quickly. I appreciate Revizto's Issue Management feature, which allows project teams to identify, assign, track, and close issues directly within the model environment. The Direct export from Revit streamlines our workflow by allowing models to be published to Revizto for review smoothly. Additionally, the initial setup went very smoothly for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

When comparing a 2D sheet with a 3D model, I can only use the plan section option. It would be beneficial if Revizto also provided a box section tool, allowing users to see only specific 3D environments associated with the sheet. Another valuable enhancement would be the ability to export an NWC file directly from Revizto based on a selected box section view. This would allow users to isolate a specific area of the federated model and export only the relevant elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and lightweight: Revizto centralizes BIM information and improves coordination"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

It is very intuitive to use, and it can be optimized for use on equipment without powerful specifications. At Magnifica, this is our first project working with BIM, and we use Revizto to centralize all the information. Everyone can use it following our 20-minute training, which allows for good integration for everyone, in addition to managing incidents in a way that keeps everyone informed about everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I should have my own CDE to store documents. Currently, we use Box, which can be integrated with Revizto, but it requires having an additional account. I think it would be better to centralize everything so that Revizto can serve this purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Clear UI Makes Cloud Collaboration Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

It is a cloud-based collaboration tool that helps you manage your projects more easily. Collaboration feels smooth because the UI is well thought out and clear, which makes it simple to work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Publishing models from the cloud should be fully online, rather than having to open a file first and then export it back to the cloud again. However, I believe this is not really a design decision, but more a limitation in how the different software tools communicate with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for 3D Modeling but Needs UI Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I like that Revizto is accessible anywhere, whether it's on a phone, tablet, or computer. This accessibility is critical for viewing models while en route in the field and walking around the site. I also appreciate that Revizto is a more complete solution compared to what we were using before. It's particularly useful for reporting issues that need to be corrected on the model from the field, which we find valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I find the platform a little bit slow, and I find that the desktop UI looks a bit dated and could probably be modernized in order to load only the specific components you need to see more quickly and accessibly. So that you can more easily navigate through models without all the unnecessary items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Revizto improves project coordination by centralizing information, enhancing team collaboration, and simplifying issue management in an intuitive and easy-to-use environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe just the language, since I don't speak English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful 3D Collaboration, but Clash Test Setup Could Be More Automated"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

What I like best about Revizto is its powerful visualization and 3D collaboration tools. They make it easy to navigate complex models, understand design intent, and identify issues quickly. The ability to bring together BIM models, drawings, and project stakeholders in a single, visually intuitive environment greatly improves coordination, communication, and decision-making across the project team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

What I dislike about Revizto is that there could be more automation around creating and managing clash tests. While the platform is excellent for visualizing and tracking clashes, setting up clash tests can still be a relatively manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive, High-Performance Model Federation with Great Authoring Tool Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto is a very comprehensive, robust and performance solution for model federation, review, clash detection, issue tracking, and on-site verification. Great integration with authoring tools, from Revit to Civil 3d and so on

Development is fast, agile and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

For small to medium organisations, implementation from a license perspective can be challenging, as it is "all or nothing", i.e. there are no tiers in terms of features, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revizto: Smooth Graphics & Efficient Model Handling"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto for coordinating construction models, and I appreciate its speed and smoothness compared to Navisworks. The clash tests and search sets are better, making it easier to share a model with my team. I also like how the graphics are smoother, and it can handle larger models without choking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

At the Made Right convention, I heard the CEO mention there was a feature for drafts of issues and markups. I heard it was part of Revizto already, but I haven't seen it. You could start making notes and markups over a view and save it as a draft that you could revisit and issue at a later time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Features That Streamline Coordination and Issue Management"
2/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

It offers advanced features that let you tailor coordination and manage clashes more effectively. I also like that issue management is integrated into the platform, which helps keep everything in one place instead of spread across multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Features are difficult to use and discover with the numerous icons. Icons are not always clear so it isn't intuitive for new users. The Revizto Academy videos are quite limited so there will be a lot of trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic Collaboration Tool with Stellar Speed"
5/5
What do you like best about Revizto?

I like how Revizto doesn't force me into a single way of doing things. There are multiple avenues to go down for a single solution, which makes it really helpful to address various issues. It's a wide dynamic tool, allowing us to make adjustments on the fly and develop new workflows as we go. It's also really cool within our team since having multiple people using the same program means we can share ideas and different workflows, bouncing ideas back and forth, which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I don't like that the measurement tool only allows one measurement. It would be awesome if you could have multiple measurements coming off of one measurement in the same view. Just having that single view option is a bummer. One other area would be the Procore integration. Right now, to my knowledge, it only connects to Procore documents. It would be really nice if we were able to plug it directly into the Procore drawings rather than the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
