The location-based issue tracking are also useful for reducing back-and-forth between design, BIM, and site teams. **What do you dislike about Revizto?** it feel a bit heavy at first for new users to familiarize the software layout. The interface and sheet organization could be more polished, and performance can slow down when working with larger models. The software is good but it has a bit long learning curve. **What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revizto works well on coordinating the comments between drawings, BIM models, emails, and meeting notes, avoiding getting loss in between. we had once before was that clashes or design comments were being discussed in coordination meetings, but after the meeting it was not always clear who owned the issue, which drawing or model view it related to, or whether it had actually been resolved. In Revizto, the issue can be pinned directly to model or sheet, assigned to the right person, given a due date, and tracked until it is closed. That makes the workflow much cleaner. It also helps teams understand the issue visually instead of trying to explain everything through screenshots or long email threads. ### 8. It's much more reliable than Navisworks since the clash detective isn't tied to a file saved down in Forma. I appreciate how it democratizes the appearance profilers and viewpoints, making them accessible to everyone everywhere. The intuitive section function is a favorite of mine. I love the 2D/3D overlay feature, which is incredibly useful for visualizing elements in models. The ability to mark up directly in Revizto without relying on external tools like Microsoft Paint is a real advantage. I also like being able to favorite properties. Creating search sets is fast and easy, and I really enjoy grouping clashes together by simply dragging and dropping. When I create an issue, the interface clearly indicates that it came from the clash detective, which is super helpful. The switchback feature is impressive as long as the section box remains small. Additionally, I find it cool that in the selection inspector, I can create an issue for each object found there. **What do you dislike about Revizto?** The server has been going down often. The updating process is kind of annoying for users that don't use it daily, it seems like every time they open it, they need to update it. I want more shortcuts. I would love to be able to put the clash detective or other windows to another monitor and have them float. When I create a new group in clash detective, I wish there were settings to have a prefix per level, since I rename regrouped clashes a lot. I would like the appearance profiler options to be accessible when I am in issue tracker's 3D mode so I don't have to click back to 3D. I think there should be more thought put into how Revizto keeps track of which issue you've been reviewing because, if I need to review 100+ issues, if I accidentally change sorting, or when I click away, it’s very easy for me to look at the list of issues and not know where I left off. I wish there was a function that marks areas that are signed off as such and would indicate clashes or changes that happen after sign-off. It would be sweet to integrate a signoff process directly in Revizto. It would be great to be able to access signed off models by version that was separate from just the versions function. It would be awesome to compare versions of the model in a split-screen view to see what changed. I understand the processing power there would be tough. I think if an issue was created in a 2D sheet, I should be able to add a 3D screenshot to the issue a bit more seamlessly than just taking a screenshot manually and then pasting the image. I wish there was a way to indicate if something was marked as ready for approval but to filter out whether the models associated with the clashes have been updated since the status change. Sometimes I'll check if something has changed, and it may already be changed in Revit, but because the model has not been updated, it's not showing up. So I have to check back on the upload date. I wish I could make issues dependent on each other, like solve 1 first and then it auto changes the status of issue 2. Because sometimes something needs to unblock another in design. I wish I could create a custom sequence of assignee. Often I need 3 or 4 things to happen in an order, so I have to rely on the subs to change the assignee in the correct order. I wish I could customize the temporary move access to be perpetual. I know I can shift-select to align the gizmo, but it's annoying if I need to do it 2000+ times for a project if it's not oriented towards true north. I wish the sheet publishing mechanic were more optimized. The bottleneck does not seem to be the processing speed of the computer or network connectivity, but it still takes my remote machine with 128 GBs of RAM and 800 Mbps upload speed 24 hours to publish 550 sheets. I wish it was easier to publish sheets in chunks so that I can batch select a big set but synchronize them in intervals so that I don't lose progress if the last 1% of sheets has an error or an issue. I wish the comments for the issues were not so buried, if I don't intentionally mark up an issue, it's easy for people to not check the comments for the instructions. **What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revizto reliably auto closes resolved issues, democratizes viewpoints for everyone, and makes navigation easier with floor plans. The open API provided by both platforms doesn't allow direct access to the model plan from Procore, which is a limitation we've encountered. Also, the calibration of augmented reality on-site is quite challenging. People aren't patient enough, and if they fail a couple of times, they just stop using it. I'm not a huge fan of the section box, I do find it a bit annoying to work with and would prefer to add a section. **What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?** One major issue that persists with the majority of collaboration software in the industry is how easy information can be lost. Most include functionality to track data but what sets Revizto apart is that it's easy to understand for everyone. A foreman in the field can easily find an RFI issue by using the app on their device. They can update statuses, add input, and save time. For example, suppose an RFI was issued to add a soffit ceiling and the framer did not note the change when the RFI was distributed. If I've used Revizto correctly, I would create an issue to track the change, label it thoroughly, and assign it to the framer. If the framing modeler shows the change in the model, but did not translate that information to the field, it doesn't get built per the RFI in question. There would no doubt be confusion in the field as to where things went wrong.
