The groups can get easily affected and get some errors that would ungroup them with no other choice than that with minor changes when editing that you just don't understand why it's affecting the integrity of the group...

Also, again with the groups, I haven't found an option in which when filtering all the families of a category, I could also grab the ones inside a group. if those families are inside a group, there is no way to select them without entering group by group, which can be very tedious if you have a large scale project... Every new version has its own new layout and does not work backwards compatibly with previous versions. When dealing with companies with earlier versions, you have to have that version in order to give the model, family, other information back to that person or they will have to upgrade.
