In Revit MEP you can model HVAC model as per given document also you can model Electrical and plumbing model. Its is a part of revit such as Architecture , Structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you modeling HVAC model and you can create join by using trim extend command but still it show unable to join, as we know if you increase the distance and join again it will take fittings and then after you need to move towards the required location.
