Also, it's a good place to find har-to-find families usually that created by a community of users when I can't find manufacturer made families either through BIM Object or through the manufacturer website. **What do you dislike about Revit City?** I think that the website could be better organized or a way the user could find what families they're looking for more easily. **What problems is Revit City solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really helps with finding Revit families I need to use in my projects such as water and gas meters when I can't find manfacturer families for them. ### 2. Also, the design and layout of the website could be slightly more streamlined. **What problems is Revit City solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are even forums and industry-related news available on the Revit City website that helps me stay up to date on all relevant topics related to construction and design ### 3. The best part about Revit City is that it is not just a warehouse of Families but also a community Forum, wherein we are free to discuss about family-related issues with the creator himself. **What do you dislike about Revit City?** The User Interface of Revit City is old school, which makes it a bit difficult to navigate through it. Some work is required to be done on its UI to make it unbeatable. **What problems is Revit City solving and how is that benefiting you?** Often it happens that after downloading a family it becomes difficult to understand what parameters have been placed inside the family and what parameters do what, so I can just go back to Revit City drop start a conversation stating the diffculkty that I am facing and someone will come back with a solution. You can find various of families and Accessories at a single platform which can help you in building and finishing the project. Also the interface is very good for use. **What do you dislike about Revit City?** Revit city need to put more standard manufacturing families which are mostly used in projects. Also can upload more data so it can helps more. Also they can improve in user interface like provide more categories to find out things. **What problems is Revit City solving and how is that benefiting you?** For now while working on us uk project they need to place hold the 3d families and equipment. It is easy to download, and you can also upload Revit families that you have created and can get recognition on a global platform. **What do you dislike about Revit City?** It isn't easy to search the required families in the first instance. The filter functionality is not up to the mark. The families are not categorized and sorted as they should be. (It's fourth time I am writing this review on G2 and still I am getting mails to complete the review, instead of rewards..!) **Recommendations to others considering Revit City:** It's an excellent platform to find the required Revit families. Parametric families are also available on Revit City. And you can also upload the families that you have created and can be used by the community. **What problems is Revit City solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am downloading Revit families for my Revit projects. I can find the custom Revit families I need, which are not available by default in the Revit package. There are Parametric families also available on Revit City. ### 10.
