It connects to a business's Google Business Profile through the official Google API, reads every new review as it arrives, positive or negative, writes a reply in the business's own voice and publishes it from the same account without waiting for manual approval. That includes one-star reviews: the reply to a complaint goes through the same checks and is published too. Each reply is written for that review. Its language follows the sector language measured from real business replies in 10 sectors and improved every day, and it is adapted to the business's own past replies and to the rating and content of the review. A one-star reply never reads like a five-star reply, and no two businesses receive the same sentence. Before anything is published, every reply passes 3 main + 14 sub legal filters. They block legal admissions, soft admissions, compensation and refund promises, guarantees about future outcomes, customer blame, defensive argument, evidence-countering and generic template language. A reply that fails the gate is not published. For Turkish businesses the gate also watches for KVKK-sensitive wording, and the same logic applies in UK GDPR contexts. Every publication is recorded together with the confirmation timestamp returned by Google's own API, so each account carries a verifiable log of what was published and when; if a reply is ever questioned, the record points to Google's own data. A report of the period's replies is emailed at the end of each 30-day billing period. Replies, the report card and the subscription can also be followed from the Android app on Google Play.
