Our company has been using ReviewTracker for several years. We are in the restaurant industry. We find it a very helpful tool to track how restaurants are doing, trends, and keep them competitive against each other. The review score summary and location score are great metrics. Sometimes if one of the review sites disconnect, it doesn't alert us, so it may take us a few weeks to notice. The red and green words to indicate positive or negative could be helpful, but it's just too much data to really see a trend. Overall, we like most of the features!
