What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

I like that comments are marked in place within the documents and compiled as a list for easy tracking. The dashboard is great for seeing where proofs are in process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

When approvals are made by a client early in a job before all items have been added the system removes them from the list of people who receive updates. Adding them back after can be a small, but frustrating, added step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When using our Workflows, we would suggest only starting the workflow once all files have been uploaded into the Review. This will keep all relevant stakeholders included throughout the workflow. We would be happy to schedule a support call with you to discuss further.

What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

Ability to delete versions in Proof if you uploaded a wrong file.

Ability to upload several proofs within the same job.

Clear layout.

What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

No automatic email notification when proofs are uploaded and reviewers added. This has to be done manually and is not a natural part of the workflow.

Would like the option to limit the number of people involved in each proof.

> An automatic email notification can be sent to Users within your account whenever a new version is uploaded to a Review that they are a part of. This can be set up through the User Profile > Email Frequencies menu for each User.

> You always have control over who has access to a Review and can limit access as required. The Share menu will display who currently has access to a Review, allowing you to remove Users if required, and includes additional settings that can be enabled to restrict access further.

> For multipage documents, there is an option to review documents in a continuous scroll, either in a single page or 2-page side-by-side view option. With this enabled, it will allow you to effortlessly scroll between the pages.

What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

I love that we're able to share assets for review to multiple stakeholders, and can specify whether the review should be open (every reviewer can see each others comments) or private (reviewers can only see thier own comments). This is so functional for our team who work with cobranded assets regularly, and only want to field feedback on an individual basis. This saves us so much time in individually sending out emails and attaching the same file to upwards of 20 people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

We've found in the past that it can be difficult to get support when needed, but this hasn't been the case in recent months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

Is totally fine that the page is providing a default environment for collaboration, allowing all elements expected, comments approval, versioning. Notify and tagging on comments is very usefull also.

For the moment and the way I use the platform any function provided is usefull for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

I think compare function can be improved by allowing overlapping while underline in a color of choice the differences and not only side by side comparison. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
