Reviewshake tried to poach my business from another review service with high pressure tactics (I should have heeded that as a red flag). Still, they were offering a 50% discount off the price of transferred accounts so I fell for the offer which was supposed to be valid until the end of the month (Nov). I accepted the offer &created an account on Nov 30 only to be told after I sent them the competitor's invoice that they would not honor the pricing. I contested their decision because I DID in fact accept and sign up by the end of the month. Their business practices are questionable at best. Trust is important

with these kinds of businesses because we're uploading client emails and other information Save time & aggravation and go with another company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Debby, we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We feel that we were clear that this was a Black Friday offer which expired at the end of November (2019), and that simply signing up for an account did not constitute locking that discount in.

We had a lot of happy customers take advantage of this deal, and I'm sorry that this didn't work out for you. I'm not sure how sharing your invoice would make you feel scammed, but we are very sorry that you feel that way. We hope we can work with you in future.

Hi Udit, I'm sorry that you feel this way, we don't want anyone to have a bad experience with us. As is standard practice with lifetime deals, our deal was clear that you needed to redeem your discount within a certain time period to lock that in, and I'm afraid you passed that by over 12 months.

We always try to be as fair as possible but our hands are tied on this one.
