Reviews.io allows us a more direct connection to customers and their reviews - I like that the reviews connect to each customer's profile and even the specific orders and products that the review relates to. This makes it easier to directly address customer concerns, but also makes it easier to link the feedback to the product-page on our website and use it to help drive future sales. Only a very minor quibble, but it would be useful for customer profiles to be linked togethetr so that repeat customers don't end up getting spammed with repeat review emails.
