What I like most about Reviews.io is the excellent customer support and the flexibility of the platform. The support team is very responsive, easy to reach and genuinely helpful. Requests and questions are handled quickly and professionally. In addition, the backend offers many clear and well-structured settings, which makes it easy to customize reviews, integrations and display options to fit our business needs. What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

At the moment, there is very little to dislike. Some processes, such as imports or synchronizations, can take a bit of time until they are fully visible in the frontend, but the support team is always quick to assist and resolve any questions. What do you like best about Reviews.io?

I've had a few previous review apps, none come close. easy to use, plenty of integration and it looks sleek on our website. However the biggest upsell is the support. Honestly second to none. Quick to respond, and super knowledgeable. Want to give a personal shoutout to my main man Trilok who has helped us over the years, any small issue, exploring options he's always there providing good help and tips, quick too. not having Trilok.

What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Response time was extremely quick when needing to import reviews. I made some errors on my sheet and they allowed me to reupload it multiple times without it seeming like a hassle. Jenson was very friendly and very efficient.

There was a small error with their live chat which meant I kept getting connected to someone who was out of office and it would not let me reconnect, but I am sure this was a system error and nothing to do with service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Reviews.io allows us a more direct connection to customers and their reviews - I like that the reviews connect to each customer's profile and even the specific orders and products that the review relates to. This makes it easier to directly address customer concerns, but also makes it easier to link the feedback to the product-page on our website and use it to help drive future sales. What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

Only a very minor quibble, but it would be useful for customer profiles to be linked togethetr so that repeat customers don't end up getting spammed with repeat review emails. The customer support was fantastic! I had problems integrating customer reviews into my shop and was glad that I didn't have to talk to a chat bot, but could chat with real people who responded quickly and friendly. They helped me implement the reviews on my shop and set everything up for me until I was satisfied. The reviews on my website are trustworthy and clear, and they help me generate more sales.
