Good Product But Limited Capabilities **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023 **What do you like best about ReviewPush?** ReviewPush was a good product but at the time we used it they did not have as many features as their competitors that really made a difference. **What do you dislike about ReviewPush?** ReviewPush worked for what we needed at the time but our needs outgrew what ReviewPush was capable of. **What problems is ReviewPush solving and how is that benefiting you?** ReviewPush helped us setup automated review solicitation for our clients as well as monitoring/responding to reviews. ### 2. We had to use it quite a bit. Also, the cost was cheap. **What do you dislike about ReviewPush?** The software was outdated and did not get regular updates. It felt duct-taped together by the end of our contracted time with them. **What problems is ReviewPush solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us solicit reviews from clients and alerted us of new reviews received (via their APIs). ### 3. It's not the most advanced dashboard, but for the price, it does the trick. **What do you dislike about ReviewPush?** Lack of features that many other rep mgt software companies are offering as standard. **Recommendations to others considering ReviewPush:** Yes, moving in the right direction but not fast enough.
