Reviewlya is a patient review management platform built
specifically for US dental practices. Founded in 2026 and
developed by Cyberstag, Reviewlya automates the entire
post-appointment feedback process — from sending personalised
SMS and email requests to routing patient responses intelligently
based on their rating.
The core workflow is simple: after every appointment, patients
receive a one-tap star rating request. Happy patients (at or
above a configurable threshold) are redirected directly to the
practice's Google Business Profile to leave a public review.
Unhappy patients are captured privately in an internal complaints
inbox, staff are alerted immediately, and the practice resolves
the issue offline before it reaches any public platform. Once
resolved, patients receive a re-review invite — turning recovered
complaints into positive Google reviews.
Unlike general-purpose reputation tools like Birdeye and Podium
that charge $300–500 per month and were built for all industries,
Reviewlya was designed exclusively for dental. It understands
appointment types — routine cleanings, extractions, root canals,
cosmetic procedures — and adjusts feedback send timing
accordingly. A patient who just had a tooth extracted receives
their feedback request the following morning, not 30 minutes
after leaving the chair.
Key capabilities include full white-label branding with custom
logo, colours, and messaging per clinic, a live preview branding
editor, shareable review page with QR code download, embeddable
website widget, internal complaint ticketing with staff
assignment and priority levels, multi-clinic workspace switching
for group practices, CSV upload and Open Dental REST API
integration, and TCPA-compliant SMS opt-out management.
Reviewlya serves independent single-location dental practices,
multi-location dental groups, and dental service organizations
(DSOs) across the United States. Pricing starts at $0 for the
free tier and $79/month for the Starter plan — a fraction of
the cost of competing enterprise tools, with dental-specific
features included at every level.
