ReviewLens is review management for local businesses on Google. Connect a Google Business Profile, or paste a Google Maps link, and ReviewLens pulls in every review the business has. AI reads each review for sentiment and topics, such as wait time, staff or food quality, and turns them into prioritised insights: what is hurting the rating, what customers love, and what to fix first. Ask Olive, the built-in AI analyst, answers questions like "what is our biggest weakness?" and quotes the reviews behind each answer. Every new review arrives with a reply draft in the business's own tone. Owners can approve, edit or skip it. With Reply Autopilot, ReviewLens posts replies to new Google reviews automatically: by default 3–5 star reviews are answered on their own, while 1–2 star, sensitive and likely fake reviews wait for the owner with a draft ready. Owners choose which stars post, how long to wait and how many replies a day. ReviewLens also flags reviews that look fake, with a confidence score and a guided report to Google, tracks nearby competitors, and covers several locations or clients from one account.
