It makes it incredibly easy for our team to see all the reviews, engage with them, and respond directly within Slack. This integration streamlines communication and ensures that everyone on different teams can access and discuss reviews efficiently. Additionally, I appreciate the personal involvement of the CEO, Axel, who is incredibly responsive. His engagement in answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping set up our account has been exceptional, ensuring that we leverage the platform in the best possible way. The initial setup of reviewflowz was very easy, contributing to a seamless transition and efficient use of the tool. This user-friendly setup and responsive customer support significantly enhance our experience with the product. **What do you dislike about reviewflowz?** For a company with a lot of locations and multiple records, such as having Google and Yelp accounts for each location, the cost of using reviewflowz can become quite expensive. This is due to being charged for each review profile separately. For instance, with 18 locations and tracking both Google and Yelp for each, it results in 36 review profiles. **What problems is reviewflowz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reviewflowz automates review tracking and enhances visibility by integrating with Slack, allowing our team to effortlessly discuss and respond to reviews. It solves manual tracking issues and supports collecting reviews for virtual offerings without physical locations, improving team communication and leadership insights. ### 2. Axel answered all my questions and feedback really quickly **What do you dislike about reviewflowz?** Would love more connection but the channels we need are more niche **What problems is reviewflowz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to count reviews, 1 by 1, against a CSV file that was half updated. Now, I just have to pull the data for all our Review channels and I can inform all teams. I am saving so much time on a monthly basis! ### 3. Reviewflowz was easy to implement and Axel has been super response if we've ever had any issues. They really listen to their customers and are always connecting with new sites - such as indeed - which has been great for us. We use Reviewflowz daily which has allowed us to increase our responses on Glassdoor, subsequently inreasing our rating by .4. **What do you dislike about reviewflowz?** We can't reply to Glassdoor reviews directly through slack yet - that feature would be cool! **What problems is reviewflowz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We receive a large volume of Glassdoor reviews each week and we have a number of people around the business who are responsible for responding.
