I love that all of the reviews are in one place where I can go and see all the past reviews and one on ones I have had with my employees in the past. It makes it a lot simpler than checking all of the files in my computer and trying to pull them up. It significantly cuts down the time I need to get ready before a meeting with an employee. The best thing about Reviewcloud is that in a single platform we can track the performance of an employee by the help of Performance Reviews and Self-Evaluations. What do you dislike about ReviewCloud? I haven't found anything negative about this software. It have helped to automate the engagement of employee and helped them to interact with the managements. For example after receiving a self-evaluation feedback and tracking their progress, we conclude what inputs a company should provide to increase the productivity.
