It checks your Google Business Profile every 15 minutes and writes a reply to each new review in your voice, learning from replies you've already written. You stay in control. 4 and 5 star replies can post automatically. Anything 3 stars or below never posts on its own: you get an email or phone alert and approve, edit or skip the draft in one tap. Healthcare businesses approve every reply. You can also hold every reply for approval, and add alert words that always come to you first. Replies go out in the reviewer's language and never promise refunds, discounts or free items. Printable QR cards send customers straight to your Google review page, and the dashboard shows how many scans each placement gets. Monthly insights summarise what customers are saying.
