I emailed with a general question about our account, and expected an auto-generated "check out FAQs" reply. Instead a LIVE person CALLED me to talk through my question. What do you dislike about Revetize? ...Maybe I would like the option to customize SMS messages per customer from the send screen, in addition to the current overall custom message? That might actually already be an option.. But it isn't something we have needed so far, so I haven't checked. What problems is Revetize solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Revetize mainly to ask for feedback and reviews. It is SO easy! Our staff had a hard time remembering to ask for reviews in person and this has taken that "to-do" off of their plate. It means a lot that we can ask for feedback, allowing the chance to fix any problems that arise before that customer takes their problem to Google or Facebook.
