What do you like best about ReverseLogix?

Team was easy to work with and dealt with scope creep magnificently

Tools were priced competitively and a la carte offerings made it easy to add Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?

Billing process took a couple of cycles to get corrected, but not any huge items Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReverseLogix?

The returns portal which help out our customer service agents. Much less requests for shipping labels and a better experience for our customers as well. Would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?

The only downside I would say is that the integration took a little while. Also FR was an issue but this is more a combined issue between us and RL so no blame to place on the RL team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
