The information provided by Reverse Contact is excellent when there's an actual match. It's also super quick to get results. I've not yet tried it, but I'm assuming that utilizing Zapier to do bulk enrichments in a spreadsheet will be very helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

Like all providers in the enrichment space, there are a lot of emails they don't match for. While I've been pleased with the accuracy of those they match, I'm currently seeing a much lower match rate than advertised on the website (which might be due to the geographies and emails of the contacts I'm running).

**What problems is Reverse Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reverse Contact provides more demographic & firmographic information for me about the individuals signing up for our product with non-corporate emails. This allows us to better understand the personas finding value in our product and their specific use cases.

Just what we needed for our prospecting! The search returned our desired prospect info (profile URL) and more! The process is simple, fast and quite user friendly. Will be using for future searches!

My only improvement for the developers would be to return the search results in the same order the contacts were received. While having the contacts return alphabetically is handy, I am now faced with a new problem of how can I quickly copy & paste the search results back into our Google Sheets CRM?

Reverse contact allows you to take your email list and then find out who is on LinkedIn. Helps with a multi channel approach. It is more accurate than other competitive tools I have used before.

The only downside is that you are charged a credit if the lead isn't enriched which is about half of the time.

It helps to take a list of emails and finds LinkedIn contacts and urls. It's very helpful! I'm now more productive.

Great to do a background check on prospects, I use it personally for sales prospects to get an idea if a potential lead is valid, which timezone their in, and their field of expertise.

Pricing is quite high for a standard LinkedIn search tool, still had some issues with getting full information about prospects as some only show a LinkedIn link

Do a valid background check on potential leads, and know some background information before getting in a meeting. Good to get to know some more about their profession and points of interests.

I was looking for a standalone service that would enrich some data for me for our persona development program (marketing). The product was great! Has a super user-friendly UI so I was able to upload a list; integrations are very interesting once we're ready to put this into production, and GDPR compliance was mission critical as we want to protect the privacy of our users and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

Can't say it's a dislike of what I was expecting from the product, but what I would like to see is more enrichment capabilities beyond LinkedIn (e.g. Github).

Better understand who are customers and prospects are to improve our product, messaging, and overall go-to-marketing motion. In this regard Reverse Contact was very helpful.

It's simple to use and it works. Not too many buttons to press and it's exactly what it was advertised to do. I like it all. No complaints.

Since we are a B2B freemium service, we relly on Reverse Contact to deeply understand our user database in order to segment and identify those prone to upgrade.

**What do you dislike about Reverse Contact?**

You must understand that Reverse Contact does not identify every contact that you provide, thus it rellies on the fact that the same email must have been used at the Linkedin account. 

The upside is that it only charges the acctual identified account, so the downside is that you may have a secondary approach.

It provides user depth for further approaches and use database understanding. When we are able to identify the user bussiness profile, we can feed them with relevant content towards upgrades benefits.

It fills a niche that no other products really do. Many things work well at enrichment with corporate emails and other company-level data. This product can gather information based on a personal email address, which is very useful.

Depending on how much you need, it can be pretty expensive. But if you need to fill this specific need, this is your best option.

A contact with missing information in your CRM is useless. Impossible to exploit it. Some enrichment tool help you finding these people but require lots of input fields apart from email (full name, company name, etc). Thing is you don't always have them. I am really impressed by ReverseContact's capacity of revealing contact from their email address only. I highly recommend them to clean your CRM and other interesting Growth Marketing use cases.

I like the speed of the search and the integrations which Reverse contact has.

I can't name anything that I dislike at this stage because I am still in my early days of using this product but I guess it would be nice to have more functionality and maybe enrichment based on searches in other data sources in addition to LinkedIn.

So easy! Upload a list of emails, and get back personal LinkedIn profile links. It's exactly what I needed, and very cost-effective. Well done.

Nothing! Easy to use, inexpensive, and everything it needs to be.

**What problems is Reverse Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to reach prospects on LinkedIn. Without their personal profile links, a list of emails and prospect data isn't as useful. Reverse Contact made it easy to enrich my prospect list and connect with them on LinkedIn. Well done.

Reverse Contact allows me to unveil the LinkedIn profiles behind anonymous (email) sign-ups. Eventually it helps to accelerate our growth.

While the tool is highly effective, it may not always find the linkedin profile (or person using the email address might not have a LinkedIn profile)

Easy to use, got great results, found email details for about 50% of the contacts I downloaded.

It takes a lot of time to do the searches, which is expected but still a little frustrating - just need to be a bit more patient!

I recently started using  Reverse Contact, and I'm extremely impressed. It has saved me so much time when searching for data; it's cut my work time in half! The interface is easy to use and the results are accurate.

Straight forward software, not much to complain about. Some emails cannot be matched, probably would be done manually.

Moreover, the customer service is very responsive.

It integrates with Zapier. The support is reactive and friendly.
I can only recommend it!

Would be perfect if professional emails were covered too (but I think it's coming soon...).
