The interface looks old. I'd like to have a user experience improved interface. The text is very small and is not so easy to read. It should be more intuitive. Sometimes when you are trying to make experiments you could get a little lost in the current interface and is not so easy to get back and forth.

Me gusta la interfaz, ya que es facil de detectar las ideas nuevas y de verlas asi como de saber quien fue el creador de ellas.

Tambien tiene una buena estructura cuando se requiere subir una idea ya que te pide ciertos parametros que te hacen pensar en como estructurar o armar la idea para que sea solida.

Otro punto importante es que las personas no solo dan una idea sino que ven otros aspectos como la inversión, ahorro, la manera de presentarla y de como implementarla en piso. El sistema de puntos me parece una manera correcta de calificar las ideas pero creo que puede mejorar teniendo en cuanta más aspectos de cada idea ya que todas son diferentes y a mi parecer no todas se pueden califar igual. Cuando se quiere buscar una idea el buscador me tarda demasiado. Esto provoca que cuando alguien quiere checar si existe alguna idea similar no pueda encontrarla y se repita, igual y se podrian implementar filtros o algun tiempo por si la idea se repite pero no tiene seguimiento poder continuar con esta tú mismo y no descartarla porque alguien ya la hizo. Desde la implementacion de rever en la compañía los ahorros han aumentado drasticamente, al igual que las ideas de mejora por lo que como punto positivo veo que la gente puede presentar sus ideas de mejora de una manera mas dinámica y sobre todo con ayuda visual, facilitando así la implementacion de las mismas, practicamente cambia la cultura de la compañia y genera un entorno de mejora con los operarios y las personas empleadas lo que nos ayudad a tener la mejora continua dia a dia Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No todas las ideas se toman con el mismo grado de interés probablemente por el grado de impacto que representan, por lo que seria bueno dar un seguimiento especial a esas idea que se van quedando rezagadas y así cumplir con un 100%, otro punto que veo un poco débil es que no existe un plan de recompensas para las personas que son constantes en la generación y implementación de ideas por lo que la gente muchas veces pierde interés en la continua participación.
