What do you like best about RevenueWell?

I love that the confirmation system has become automated. It sends a reminder text the same day and we have eliminated no-show appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RevenueWell?

I wish there was a way to set certain forms to AUTOMATICALLY upload to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RevenueWell:

It can be a bit overwhelming to try something new however it has made my work life so much better. I would advice to to implement the forms portion immediately. I have also just signed up to switch my phone system the RevenueWell Phones and am so excited to make that switch as well. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. This is an investment in your practice and will save you SO MUCH time each and EVERY single day. I shudder to think how long I worked without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since COVID last year having the ability to send out the PRE-Screen questions has saved us so much valuable time. I wish I had this system in place PRIOR to the shut down. I had to make several hundred calls all by myself to cancel appointment. After we re-opened I had RevenueWell in place and was able to send out a mass email to invite patients back to the practice. It has truly been a live aver and kept my sanity in place during the pandemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the reviews and social media aspect of RevenueWell. can customize a lot and do a variety of campaigns for promotions or just post a little dental humor on Facebook! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be a bit pricey and i hear rumors of pricing going up but out of all the websites i've used or learned about, RevenueWell has been more helpful than not. It is a great system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that I would change about RW is syncing the forms automatically to Eaglesoft-- where the accept button is not necessary. Or linking multiple forms at once! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RevenueWell?

RevenueWell is a great tool for communicating with patients. We utitilize it to send reminders, forms to fill out before appointments and to communicate through text message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RevenueWell could have more customization. Forms can also sink to Eaglesoft SmartDocs, but it would be nice if the entire information would change their chart as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RevenueWell?

The text feature. In this day and age, everyone has a cell phone pretty much can receive and text back. Lots of visits are confirmed via text but also I can send messages about a time change etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
