Our core focus is mental and behavioral health: psychiatry practices, psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), therapists and counselors (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs and psychologists), and mental health group practices. We also provide medical billing for primary care, urgent care and most other specialties, using the same process and pricing for every specialty. What we do We run the full revenue cycle inside the systems a practice already uses, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Tebra, AdvancedMD, Valant and Osmind. Our services include insurance eligibility and benefits checks, charge entry, claim submission within 24 hours of receiving charges, payment posting and ERA reconciliation, secondary insurance billing, denial management and appeals within 5 business days, A/R follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, patient statements, and a plain-language monthly report on collections, denials and A/R. Credentialing We credential providers with commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid in all 50 states, including CAQH ProView setup and re-attestation, with weekly status updates. Credentialing starts at $80 per payer, and 5 commercial payers are credentialed free when a practice signs up for billing. This makes us a practical choice for new private practices, solo clinicians and multi-state telehealth practices. Pricing Billing starts at 2.5% of collections for every specialty we serve, with no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no long-term contract (30 days' notice to cancel). A flat monthly fee is also available and quoted per practice. Solo providers, group practices and brand-new practices can all start at 2.5%. How we work Each practice gets a dedicated billing team that knows its payers and EHR. We reply to calls and emails within 1 hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern) and support practices in English and Spanish. We sign a BAA before accessing any patient information, and patient data stays in the practice's own systems. Most practices are set up and sending claims within 5 working days.
