I hired Revenue River while with a previous company and had an exceptional experience. From the sales process, through the on-boarding process, and delivering results. I've now hired Revenue River a second time to help my current company to migrate to a new CRM tool and establish an inbound marketing program. I highly recommend working with Revenue River.

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

The relationship starts with professionalism, relationship, communication and process orientation. The account management approach is a dedicated expert team with a team lead. Each of the team members have their unique skill sets that are coordinated by the team lead to deliver on the goals set forth in the Proposal/SOW.

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

I think it's important for people to recognize the importance of partnership in and inbound marketing endeavor. The effort has to be mutual.

We are solving the problem of an inconsistent funnel and inconsistent messaging to the market. Additionally, want our sales people focused on getting deals done and not generating content and leads. Revenue River has created a strong inbound lead gen program that's getting the right message to the market.

Revenue River helped build out our infrastructure on multiple fronts, from optimizing our website and building new pages, to build out basic email and landing page templates, nurtures and workflows, to integrating HubSpot to SFDC, Vidyard and our webinar platform BrightTALK.

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

Our project manager was very knowledgable and always willing to help. She was very consultative.

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

Long turnaround times with re: to the development of new webpages. They would often site QA, which is normally understandable; however, there were instances where we found inconsistencies, typos or issues around formatting that would require additional time to correct.

When I joined Remediant, we had literally nothing in place. In the time that I worked with Revenue River, we were able to migrate our entire site to HubSpot and build a basic marketing system infrastructure that would allow us to continue to build upon.

We've undergone website updates, campaign rewrites, digital content, video projects, yearly goal updates, social media and paid media strategy rewrites, and the list goes on.

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

Revenue River has been our marketing agency for over five years. Even though I have only personally been working with them for a little less than a year, they have gone beyond my expectations for any marketing agency that I've ever worked with previously. I would especially like to mention that support and help of Marion Boyce, Andrew (AJ) Driscoll, and Stephanie Tran who have made the many transitions our agency has undergone this year seamless. Like every other company currently, we are undergoing changes during COVID-19. They spent countless hours through email and on video calls ensuring that none of our messaging was lost and that we are still generating positive leads during this process. Even though they are an outside agency, the support and dedication feels very much like they are internal employees. I highly recommend.

That I don't have a bigger budget to use more of their services.

Our leads are continuously coming in high even during the Covid-19 pandemic and in some instances are number are coming in at almost 40% higher than in prior years. We move forward with our projects and they've been able to adjust their strategies as our company adjusts to changes in the marketplace. We are moving into new vertical markets and will continue to grow.

I was very happy with the level of service and especially with our main contact Katie.  She still continues to check-in and offer additional suggestions to help make our user experience with HubSpot even better.

Organize/optimize our sales process and marketing data within Hubspot.  Consulted us on all things digital marketing, SEO, and website.  We will be set up with systems and valuable information for years to come.

Everyone we worked with was very responsive and easy to communicate with.  All are experts in their areas of focus.  Working with Revenue River was seamless and it felt like were actual employees and team members of our company.

The only downside is that our contract expired but we hope to renew and continue the relationship.  It was a bit difficult managing all the various "cooks in the kitchen" but our main point of contact (Katie) was great at keeping everyone organized and on task.

The consultation sessions they provide are an excellent way to help you with your vision and expectations of needs.  From the very start, we felt extremely comfortable with Revenue River.  They asked all the right questions and proved to us that they really understood our business and what we needed.

The main members of the Revenue River team (Katie and Sara) that worked with us created efficient and repeatable workflows and segmented lists for us that will help us immensely as we grow and utilize our data to make smart decisions about our sales/marketing processes. Having just joined a startup as CMO, I needed to get up and running quickly. In particular, I needed to bring process and consistency to building pipeline (rule #1 - build pipeline). Revenue River helped us stand up our HubSpot, port our Wordpress site, and then create the necessary "plumbing", including lead scoring, attribution model, and connectivity with Salesforce. On time, on budget.

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

The team is super responsive and communicative - shout out to Stephanie, Kelley, Amanda, Mike, Mike for the countless hours. Very much appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

Nothing to dislike. We even added a RevRiv Slack channel to make our communication frictionless.

**What problems is Instrumental Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our fledgling team does not have the bandwidth or deep HubSpot knowledge to make sure we're running quickly and then optimizing. Revenue Rive provides the extra hands and the expertise. There is no way (seriously) that we could have gotten all this work done in such a short timeframe without Eric's team. Super happy we worked with Revenue River!

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

I’m continually impressed when Stephanie calls to my attention a new way that the Revenue River team has identified to save time or steps with custom workflows or new HubSpot integrations (eg, PandaDoc, QuickBooks invoicing).  Because she’s taken the time to learn our business, she has been able to make really valuable recommendations and has been able to develop creative solutions to the challenges we present.

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

One of the downsides to working with Revenue River is that we only get to "meet" over videoconference.  Since I was required to write a dislike... I miss the opportunity to collaborate in front of a white board to brainstorm on occasion.  However, it's easy to schedule time to speak with team members, even with the time difference.

It’s been really valuable to have Revenue River help to maximize the benefits of the HubSpot and PandaDoc integration not only for our customer agreements but more importantly for a specialized report that required a significant amount of manual copy/paste.  I've noticed a significant reduction in the time I was spending to remember which prospects I needed to call or send the next follow-up email  and I've minimized the number of leads that fell through the cracks because the Revenue River team has helped to create templates, sequences, and workflows to take the pressure of my memory.

Not much I dislike. One thing to note is that RR is a rapidly growing company and the natural result of growth is occasional change to team structure. However, they've been on top of it and with each team change we keep getting the cream of the crop.

Revenue River helped our company build an Inbound digital marketing strategy in Hubspot from the ground up. They have worked on everything from blogs and social media to SEO, events, video marketing, and even building whole websites in the Hubspot CMS. They even help train our sales team on how to leverage the Hubspot CRM to be more effective. 

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

Revenue River provides value by being Hubspot/Inbound experts and providing up-to-date expertise on how to stay ahead of the curve in the world of marketing. They build the expertise in the tools so that I can stay an expert in my business. They are also incredibly nice people to work with and we have a lot of fun together! I feel like our relationship goes beyond business; we truly desire each other's success and well-being. Lastly, mistakes happen and miscommunications arise; no relationship is perfect. However, I have always felt that RevRiv does right by us, corrects issues, and makes things right in a timely manner. 

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

Our relationship with RevRiv has grown from a single digital marketing strategy to multiple engagements across three sibling companies involving a high degree of complexity and trailblazing in our industry. At times it has felt like our complex needs have extended beyond the reach of RevRiv, though they always get back alongside us eventually. Their company has grown leaps and bounds over the years so this has always felt more like growing pains than any systemic problem with the company though. 

**Recommendations to others considering Instrumental Group:**

I think small businesses will find Revenue River to be a nitro boost to any marketing needs they have. Medium- and large-sized businesses will find Revenue River to be more of a trusted Hubspot partner that requires a little more back and forth, industry education, and massaging to find the right balance. They work hard, but large businesses and mature industries cannot approach a relationship with Revenue River as "set it and forget it", it requires an ongoing, tight-knit engagement to see large gains. Likewise, the more complex the engagement, the more quality assurance has to be shared between the company and RevRiv. 

**What problems is Instrumental Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue River helps our marketing stand out in an industrial B2B space that does not allow for the fun and creativity enjoyed in B2C campaigns. They have helped us market our expertise and build a sophisticated network of microsites, blogs, videos, and landing pages to support this. This has resulted in higher traffic, an increase in leads, an increase in lead conversion, and an increase to bottom line revenue. A corollary benefit has been exposure and education in cutting edge technology, helping us stay abreast of marketing trends (which can be notoriously difficult in the fast-paced digital age!)

I couldn't be more pleased. The team at Revenue River performed beautifully on our project, creating a robust logo and website for us that clearly communicates our mission in a meaningful and impactful way.

We had IP conflicts with our initial name so we were delayed multiple times.  Revenue River was patient and when we got our ducks in a row they were ready to implement.  So the 'dislike' was more on our side - they were great.

I began with one project for Revenue River and now we're running five with them. In the agency world, that pretty much says it all when it comes to trust and reliability. Companies don't give more work to other companies without faith in their competence and performance.

Web design, development, content strategy, SEO planning, sales enablement and more all make up some of the services Revenue River has provided to me.


**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

The people and their attitude are, hands down, the most appealing offering in Revenue River's portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

If I truly had a "dislike", it would be addressed by the agency. I have found them proactive when it comes to any area where improvement is needed. Service is paramount to Eric and his team.

I've worked with the team at Revenue River for about three years. They've helped define, formulate and implement our digital and content strategy. They've enabled us to stay ahead of the curve and plan for the marketing future of our business. Revenue River was our stand-alone Marketing Automation department! They excelled at advancing our marketing automation efforts, expanding our HubSpot capabilities infrastructurally and by synchronizing with Salesforce, EventBrite and others. 

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

Revenue River was incredibly responsive to our strategic and tactic needs. Whatever our need, they worked to fulfill it. Beyond HubSpot implementation, they assisted with SEO, social media, creative, landing page creation, and more. Yet, it was their strategic contributions -- helping us structure the HubSpot system to achieve our online marketing goals -- which impressed me most! 

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

Though Revenue River's creative was clean and concise, we were working to escalate the sophistication of their designs to better suit our evolving brand. In fairness though, that was never their primary responsibility! They excelled at providing the technical, tactical and strategic support we required to maximize our marketing automation investment.

**What do you like best about Instrumental Group?**

This agency does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and they put us, the client, first. Their work is top tier, helping us win multiple awards for marketing and integration. I plan to use Revenue River for as many things as I can for as long as i can. 5 Star group.

**What do you dislike about Instrumental Group?**

I wish our offices were closer together but even with the distance they never miss a beat. I also see them several times a year in person for planning or roll out meetings.

The tools are so powerful and ever improving, I realized I was not leveraging my investment in HS to its full potential. This meant missing opportunities in a competitive market segment in which lost time and prospects can never be regained. Our HS investment is greatly enhanced by teaming up with Revenue River.

Their integrated services provide a single platform from which to develop and manage a vibrant digital presence that allows me to attract and convert qualified leads into new clients. Revenue River brings a team of excited, dedicated, bright and organized individuals that deliver on time and on budget.

To fully maximize my investment in the service it took a commitment of time to complete the on boarding. We all have to manage our time and I had to commit time I was not initially sure would be profitable but it has been profitably utilized.
