The best parts about Revenova are the customization options, including page layouts, profile/user management, permissions structures, and integration potential. API integrations in particular allow for a highly agile environment, such that even if Revenova can't solve a problem, you can connect to tools that can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Revenova TMS is that its various customizations within the Salesforce platform can trigger all sorts of errors and problems that can be tedious to diagnose. Certain features will spontaneously stop working with updates (i.e. LaneIQ, Freight Plan related things). Another thing worth mentioning is that it is rather resource-intensive to manage optimally. As a relatively small broker, Shaker does not have a large development or IT resources with which to construct solutions. Only now are we looking at properly leveraging outside resources to meet our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
