They are attentive, always providing valuable feedback, quality candidates and in a timely fashion. Also able to accomodate the different types of regulatory background requirements that we require.

I wish they would share more about our company during their initial outreach with candidates, or provide resources so they can research prior to our calls with candidates. Many of times, candidates are not familiar with our business, who we are/what we do and then a good portion of the call is explaining this to them rather than reviewing their experience and the responsibilities of the role.
