## Revelo Reviews
 ### 1. Revelo Makes Hiring Processes Light and Enjoyable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willian D. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Revelo has a light and efficient way to do the internal process with their hires. Very enjoyable! My onboarding process received assistance from a dedicated Business HR Partner who gave me all the resources and information to start as soon as possible in my daily activities.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

One thing that I missed from Revelo was a dedicated company email to receive all the official communication and to integrate my professional profile into the official Slack channel. Using my personal email is kind of confusing sometimes because of the organization mix of my personal stuff.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo is helping me to connect to top companies around the world that needs to hire top software engineers to their projects. With their active prospection through the HR partners and recruiters, I could participate in the hiring process of a prominent US-based startup that I could not reach by myself. The speed of the hiring process, including all the steps and the final offer was twice as fast compared to the other HR companies.

 ### 2. Highly Engaged Team and Rapid Support That Boosts Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natan B. | Full Stack Developer, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The Revelo team is highly engaged and always available to help and resolve issues. This rapid support allows us to carry out tasks more efficiently and quickly, which automatically leads to gains.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I believe the onboarding process for some projects could benefit from including a few more practical examples. In more recent projects, I’ve noticed a heavier focus on documentation, which can make the initial adjustment period more challenging. Although many team members are already experienced with the platform, each project involves specific requirements and business rules tailored to the client. Therefore, incorporating practical examples early on helps everyone grasp the context more quickly, while the documentation remains available as a resource for deeper study when needed.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo was my gateway to the international market and the opportunity to work for pay in US dollars. I am very grateful for that. Furthermore, I consider the platform an excellent bridge between companies needing labeled data to train LLMs and developers willing to challenge themselves and contribute to high-impact projects.

 ### 3. Clear onboarding and intuitive tool to execute tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leandro F. | Analista de Sitemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The onboarding videos and materials are simple and easy to understand. Even those that refer to more difficult and complicated projects, when read carefully, remain clear, and this greatly helps in completing the activity.

The moderators are quick and succinct in resolving doubts.

The tool for executing tasks is intuitive, easy to use, and does not crash, which greatly facilitates the execution of activities.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Some tasks in certain projects require much more time than what is provided by the platform. This results in the need to perform a quicker analysis, which compromises the quality of the work. Furthermore, this limitation causes the payment for the task to be below the effort that was actually necessary to complete it.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had never done freelance tasks online and had also never worked with AI. Revelo helped me break this barrier, allowing me to start working on tasks and, at the same time, truly understand how AI works.

 ### 4. Connecting Latin American Talent with Global Opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René P. | Full Stack Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

What I like best about Revelo is its active developer culture. The company is responsible, supportive, and always looking for ways to improve the experience for both devs and clients. They build strong relationships, communicate well, and offer great perks that make you feel valued as part of the community.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I think the availability of perks across Latin America. Since I'm not in one of the region's larger countries, some benefits and opportunities aren't fully available to me. The perks themselves are great, but I would love to see more of them expanded to devs in smaller countries as well.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo helped me connect with strong international companies and long-term career opportunities. It removes many of the barriers involved in finding reliable remote work and handling contracts. For me, this has provided professional stability, access to better opportunities, and the chance to grow while working with a company that values my skills and contributions.

 ### 5. Great link between software companies and developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caio V. | Software Engineer & Python Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Revelo showed me that I was supposed to question the use of AI in general, because the AI that we use everyday is not that consistent and it makes a lot of mistakes. It also takes a lot of time to do some more complex tasks, so it is good to always go for smaller tasks to increase the performance of our daily tasks. Their team was also very friendly and patient dealing with a lot of labelers at the same time, trying to create good guidelines and help us to be integrated in their environment.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Since they were dealing with a lot of people doing tasks, sometimes their capacity of reviewing the tasks was not that good, and the feedbacks were not always that clear what we should improve.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo is placing itself as a company that connects software companies and developers. For training AI, for labeling data, for contracts and so on. That is good because it is a facilitator of what is becoming harder and harder: be seen by companies.

 ### 6. Frequent Check-Ins and a Standout Benefits Package Make Revelo a Great Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro Luiz F. | Software Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

One of the things I find most helpful about Revelo is the frequent communication, especially with the Business Partners. They play an important role in helping us understand the project when we first join and continue to provide support as we get familiar with the team, the context, and the project's progress. Having someone who regularly checks in and is available to help makes the onboarding experience much smoother.

Another major advantage is the overall benefits package. Benefits like health insurance, Wellhub, coworking access, paid time off, and the other perks offered by Revelo have a meaningful positive impact on my day-to-day life. They contribute not only to my well-being but also to my productivity and work-life balance, making Revelo a great company to work with.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

One area where I think Revelo could improve is its ability to advocate for consultants with the client. In many situations, especially when there are communication issues, process challenges, or aspects of the client's culture that affect our work, those concerns have to be addressed directly with the client company.

Because of that, there are times when consultants have little support or influence over decisions that significantly impact their day-to-day work. I understand that Revelo cannot control the client's internal decisions, but having a stronger voice or more influence when representing consultants' concerns would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One area where I've seen Revelo improve is expanding the coworking options available to consultants. This has made it much easier to work from different locations when needed and has also created opportunities to meet and connect with other Revelo professionals, which wasn't as easy before.

Another positive initiative is the regular check-ins with Business Partners. These conversations go beyond project updates—they're also focused on understanding how we're feeling, our overall job satisfaction, and whether we're facing any challenges. From my experience, Revelo is genuinely open to discussing project changes or internal opportunities when there's a good fit for both the consultant and the client, which gives me confidence that my long-term career goals are being considered.

 ### 7. Effortless Contracting, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo B. | Senior Software Enginer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I really appreciate the support on the perks, benefits, getting a contract, and setting up a contract with the end client through Revelo. It was really easy to get started; I just signed a contract and then started working. Revelo makes it possible for me to get a US job as a tech contractor from LATAM, which is one of the reasons I believe Revelo is one of the best companies to work for. I also use the Revelo Go app to manage my payments and paid time off, which is convenient.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

nothing, I really enjoy it

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to get a US job as a tech contractor. I like the support on perks, benefits, and setting up contracts. It was really easy to set up; I just signed a contract and started working.

 ### 8. Flexibility and Unmatched Benefits with Revelo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yonathan P. | Frontend Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like the flexibility to work calmly and the balance between professional and personal life that Revelo offers. I also appreciate the range of benefits they provided me from day one, such as coverage for AI tools, gympass, payment methods, PTOs, and coworking spaces. Additionally, I find that the initial setup process was perfect, simply easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

So far, I haven't found any aspect of Revelo that I don't like; overall, my experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to offer software services and solve business problems. It provides me with flexibility and a good balance between my professional and personal life, as well as benefits like AI tools, Gympass, payments, PTOs, and access to coworking.

 ### 9. Support and Exceptional Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael M. | Analista de negócios em TI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

What I like most about Revelo is that it provides all the support we need. I have never had any problem contacting Revelo, and they have channels on Discord where we can ask questions. The process is very smooth, with explanatory videos and always a meeting to teach us how to use the tool.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

For me, the only problem with Revelo is using Payoneer as a payment method because it takes a little longer for the payment to go through, but they always pay correctly and on the agreed date. In 2 years of projects, I've never had a single day of delay in payment.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo provides all the necessary support and channels on Discord to clear doubts, facilitating my training projects as a freelancer.

 ### 10. Intuitive Platform with Timely Payments and Ample Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno A. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I use the platform for its great freelance opportunities which allow me to earn money at my own pace. I appreciate that the payment is always on time, and there are a lot of tasks available to complete, which gives me the chance to work extensively. Everyone inside the company is also very helpful. The project rotation keeps the work fresh and not boring. The helpful company culture is great for solving any problems and doubts that arise. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding calls are direct and straightforward about the job. The platform itself is pretty much intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I just wish the company had more tasks to be able to work more and treat it more as a full time working option

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo provides a freelance opportunity to earn money at my own pace. The timely payments and variety of tasks keep work fresh, and the helpful culture solves problems and doubts efficiently.

 ### 11. Intuitive Training AI Platform and Supportive Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

There are always clear instructions and onboarding video calls, which help me get up to speed and become productive in a short amount of time.

Not only is the platform intuitive, but I also like to find everything I need to complete every task in it. There are always support groups where I can post a question, and other contributors and leads help me succeed.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I dislike that I’m not assigned to projects consistently; there can be weeks when I’m completely available with nothing to work on. On the other hand, there are also periods when I can’t take on all the projects I’m invited to at the same time, because each task is long and I wouldn’t be able to accept everything and still do it successfully.

I also dislike that many projects include tasks that can be rejected even when I follow the guidelines and have evidence that I completed the work correctly. Reviewers may have their reasons to reject them, but then the work isn’t paid at all, even if I spent four hours on it.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo is not directly addressing any issues for me. Still, these projects are contributing to the improvement of coding agents with AI, and this is very impactful for professionals like me who develop applications.

 ### 12. Unique Benefits and Excellent Work Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yoel M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I enjoy that Revelo is always aware of me as a software engineer and offers very good benefits. One of the benefits I really like is the universal health insurance, which has helped me a lot when I had recent health issues. I also appreciate that they care about health by offering gym-related benefits. Additionally, the onboarding process was relatively easy because they helped me with all that part.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I think some things that could be improved a bit is communication. Sometimes it's believed that Revelo can't keep track of us and has distanced itself a bit from us, since in the end we are assigned to different clients. I think this could be improved a bit more, but other than that, everything is very good.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo has made my life much easier by giving me work as part of their staff augmentation, offering services in multiple states, especially in the United States. I also appreciate the benefits like universal health insurance, which was very useful when I had health issues.

 ### 13. Practicality and Impeccable Support in Daily Life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos G. | Independent Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like the practicality of Revelo, both in contact and in problem resolution. I just need to check if the data and information are correct, which greatly facilitates the process. The support they provide us is excellent, and the way to get time off is simple through the app. They have many available positions and recruiters who contact us via WhatsApp or other means besides the platform and email. I also love the part about receiving invoices through the app, which notifies us about the amount to receive, and the option to change the payment method without issues. This facilitates tax management in Brazil, as the invoice is ready closer to the payment day, speeding things up a lot. The platform is very easy to set up, it's self-explanatory and available in my native language, although I am comfortable with English. I can add personal data, register the payment method, and all of this is quite standard and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

To be quite honest, I don't have something specific that could be improved, but I'll mention an item, something here, although I'm not sure if it's possible for them to actually do something about it, but here we go. When a person is let go from one of their clients, it would be nice if they had some way to redirect or reallocate this person to another client, so that this resource of theirs doesn't end up without work and without pay as well. Maybe if they had a faster and guaranteed way of reallocation, it would be interesting. But again, I don't know if it's possible, but that's the only "negative" point I see, right?

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to apply for jobs, manage payments and benefits. The platform facilitates support and communication, as well as streamlines tax management and offers payment flexibility.

 ### 14. A change: a thousand ways to improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Sofía P. | Diseñador superior, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like the sense of community at Revelo. Their concern for the well-being of those who are part of the company feels genuine, making me feel more secure about a prosperous future full of new opportunities. Additionally, I can access crucial information such as my salary, benefits, and request vacations easily. Revelo gives me visibility of all the items in my contract, which allows me to lead a peaceful work life and plan my future. I also appreciate that it is easy to set up, with a robust network of specialized people that increases the sense of belonging and builds trust. I would recommend Revelo to a friend or colleague with a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

For now, I believe I have personally had issues with the arrival of my monthly salary. Due to the time it takes for the money to arrive, I understand that they are improving this with a new payment platform, but I suggest that the issue be reviewed by testing and iterating across all banking entities.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Revelo, I manage my salary, access my employment information, and request vacations, which gives me job security and global support. However, I face delays in the arrival of the monthly salary.

 ### 15. Easy-to-Use Labeling Platform with Clear Workflow and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo L. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The labeling platform is easy to use. I can view my projects, tasks that need review, and approved tasks in a clear, intuitive way.

I also like the onboarding process. They provide video onboarding with the people who are going to work on the project, and they explain the task workflow step by step.

When I have questions, there’s support available to help me, which makes the overall experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Sometimes reviews take too long, which makes it harder to improve based on feedback.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Revelo, I’m able to work on AI training projects, which provides solid compensation while also helping me build my coding experience and sharpen my skills.

 ### 16. Experiencia de trabajo flexible con grandes beneficios

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delcio P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizo Revelo para recibir pagos y gestionar solicitudes de proyectos. Me ahorra tiempo y me permite trabajar desde cualquier lugar, con beneficios como un presupuesto para Copilot, membresía de gimnasio y seguro internacional.

 ### 17. Well-Organized, Free Job Board with Helpful Tech Filters and Salary Info

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago R. | Fullstack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The job board is well organized and easy to use to find jobs that match my experience by having chips with the technologies required in the position, and the annual compensation helps me to go directly to the positions aligned with my expectations. Also, it's free, so it's great to have such a tool without having to pay for it.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

The job board has fewer jobs listed compared to other platforms, and it doesn't get updated too often, so it's hard to really find a job on it.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo is a job-hunting platform; it should list positions for developers and software engineers that are relevant in the industry.

 ### 18. Awesome personal support and tutors to help you all the way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina A. | Google Cloud for Education Mentor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The support they provide along all your journey, getting the job, maintaining the job, all kinds of informations about working as a contractor. They have an awesome app with a great UI and UX to setup profile and payments. They also assign a tutor to help you with anything you need that isnt already written on the documentation they provide. The process on getting a job with them was really fast and concise.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

They could improve AI tools provided and maybe increase the gym reimbursement since the price is a little outdated. But these things are extra already, the main product works really well

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching smaller companies

 ### 19. Seamless Cross-Border Hiring and Effortless Payroll Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael L. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Revelo makes it easy to hire pre-vetted LatAm engineers by taking care of payroll, local compliance, and time zone alignment, which saves me hours of administrative work each week.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

The platform’s candidate pool is largely geared toward software engineering, which makes it less useful when I’m trying to hire for non-technical roles. Also, dealing with regional tax variations can still take extra back-and-forth communication to get everything clarified.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solves the friction of cross-border hiring by managing global payroll, local legal compliance, and tax management. This benefits me by eliminating administrative overhead and letting me hire top-tier LatAm talent without opening local legal entities.

 ### 20. Always-On Support and a Smooth, Transparent Hiring Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana B. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

It’s really helpful to have support available at all times and to be able to access vacancies in a simple way that’s easy to apply for. The entire hiring process is intermediated by Revelo, which makes everything feel smoother and more transparent from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Sometimes we do not receive feedback from some selection processes, but I believe it is because of the high demand for candidates

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The international accounting part was certainly a problem for me and revelo has partner accounting firms that help in this process! In addition, all the transparency of the platform helped me understand exactly where my money goes.

 ### 21. Efficient Filter for Opportunities and Aligned Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia Antonio P. | Project Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I use Revelo to search for international opportunities and identify the best positions for my professional goals. I like that the filters are very precise and accurate, making it easier to find opportunities aligned with my profile. I love how the specialists at Revelo strive to ensure a good match between the company and the people. They ask questions about work style, leadership style, and how you like to be managed, which is really valuable and important to me. Revelo is very careful to ensure that when you go to a new place, the company's culture is aligned with your expectations and career goals. Additionally, the initial setup process is very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I believe they could improve in career growth, perhaps having an incentive from Revelo itself to guide companies towards salary increases, or even some extra bonus for employees. However, I understand that it is often expected that the professional working there day-to-day takes the initiative, but maybe for people who are more introverted, this could be done by the person responsible for the professional's experience.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to search for international opportunities and identify positions aligned with my goals, with refined filters. They centralize positions suitable for my profile, preventing me from searching manually. I like how the specialists ensure that the company's culture matches my expectations.

 ### 22. Revelo's app makes you focused in what matters.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul R. | Senior Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

One thing I appreciate is that it doesn't bombard me with constant notifications—I only engage with it when I actually need to. I'm also a big fan of apps that offer a dark theme. On top of that, customer support has been solid, particularly thanks to Revelo's agents.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

There's not much else to add. Everything has been working great on my end, and I haven't run into any issues so far.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps me updated on my payments, allows me to request benefits whenever I need them, and makes requesting paid time off simple and hassle-free.

 ### 23. Transparent Support, Great Clients, and Strong Benefits in Colombia & Brazil

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

They are a third-party contractor. Still, they try to be as transparent as possible and help you without burdening you with duplicate administration. They’re there if you have any issues, but if everything is fine, they won’t bother you at all.

The clients are good, the relationship is good. The benefits, if you are in Colombia or Brazil are great. Are less good in the rest of Latin America, but still they makes sense.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

As a remote company with a stronger presence in South America, the benefits in Central America feel more limited.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work opportunities are greater in the US and outside my country. Revelo makes it easy to connect with these opportunities, and it also makes receiving payments from them much simpler. That has helped me feel more employable across different countries and able to access higher salaries.

 ### 24. Exceptional Support and Job Placement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I particularly like the Slack channels, where they greet everybody on birthdays and anniversaries. I also like the job board list they have in Slack, as it lets you browse and look for better opportunities. The support they give is also something I like; it's there to help if you have any issues with payments or anything else. The initial setup of Revelo was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

In my case, the quarterly meetings for checkup are not really needed. I think I can do a text check-up because sometimes at work, we have a LOT of meetings and collide with the quarterly one sometimes.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo helps me find a job very fast and provides support until I'm hired. They continue helping after hiring to ensure success.

 ### 25. Swift Hiring with Revelo, But The First Deposit Is Concerning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aslam H. | IT Support Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

What I really like is how the speed of the shortlist changes how we think about hiring timelines. We submitted a role on Monday and had qualified candidates in front of us by Wednesday. For a small team where every week someone in the role has a direct impact on what we can ship, this turnaround is not something we could replicate through any other channel. It means we can move fast enough to secure good candidates before they accept offers elsewhere. The speed of the shortlist is valuable because it only takes two or three days to receive a new candidate who fulfills all our requirements. Getting started required almost no effort on the client's side with Revelo. The platform is clean and straightforward, so scheduling interviews and reviewing feedback doesn't require any training. Once we get the role brief right from the start, the rest of the process moves quickly.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I dislike the deposit structure. Because you commit money before seeing a single candidate, and there is no refund if the search does not work out. For a startup watching cash flow, that feels like a lot of trust to extend to a platform you have not used before. A smaller refundable deposit at the first stage would go a long way towards building confidence with new clients.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solved our issue with interview fatigue and cut our engineering hiring time by more than half. It pre-screens candidates for technical skills and language proficiency, letting us focus on team fit, and helped us hire vetted engineers quickly to keep pace with competitors.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, and for being open about both what worked and what gave you pause. Fast shortlists are something we care a lot about, so it's great to hear the Monday-to-Wednesday turnaround helped your team move quickly.

The deposit is fair to ask about, and we'd love to clear it up, because it works differently than what you wrote. You don't pay anything to review or interview candidates. You're only invoiced once you decide to make a hire, so you never commit money before seeing who you're getting. The security deposit we collect at that point is fully refundable and equal to one month: you always get it back. We hold it only to cover your final invoice, which guarantees your engineer is paid for their last month of work. There's no scenario where it becomes a sunk cost.

Your point about building confidence with first-time clients is a good one, and we've shared it with our team. If you'd ever like to walk through the details or have questions on an active search, reach out at hiredevs@revelo.com. Thanks again for giving us a try.

 ### 26. Amazing service with proactive, supportive staff, that helps you get paid in USD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus C. | Senior Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Transparency and great support from staff. Not only do I know I can always talk to my "handler" there, but most of the time, they're proactive and reach out to me to check and propose improvements and solutions.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Payment can be a little tricky, sometimes. I'm always paid, that's never an issue, but the day of the payment and some delays sometimes worries. So far, it hasn't been that common, but when it happens, it's not great.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working for a US company, living in Brazil, and being paid in USD instead of BRL is the main perk here, and it seems to work for everybody: the US company pays less than it would for a "national" talent, and the conversion makes it so I get paid more than I did working for Brazilian companies.

 ### 27. Easy To Hired Strong Senior Developer in Under Two Weeks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Habibah N. | Call Center Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

It is really easy how Revelo handles the payroll and compliance side of hiring internationally, which was a big hurdle for us before. It deals with complex issues like contracts, mandatory benefits, tax withholding rules, and paying in different currencies without creating a mess. Revelo sits between us and these challenges by employing the engineer on their end, which simplifies things greatly. The onboarding process is straightforward, and after we fill in role details and expectations, the Revelo team takes charge. There's no complex system to learn or configure, and the majority of the work during the search happens on their end. From account creation to receiving our first shortlist took less than a week. The platform is clean, safe, and easy to navigate for scheduling interviews and managing candidate feedback.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

The initiation fee is a real barrier when you are still deciding whether the platform is the right for you. It is nonrefundable, which means you are committing money before you have seen a single candidate. For a startup watching every dollar, that commitment feels uncomfortable, especially if you end up not finding the right fits on the first search.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to hire full-time remote engineers from Latin America, solving our stretched team and costly US hiring delays. Revelo handles payroll, compliance, and currency issues, making global hiring straightforward.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thank you for the kind words about our payroll and compliance handling. Taking contracts, benefits, and cross-border payments off your plate is exactly what we aim for, so it's great to hear that side worked well for you.
One thing in your review works differently than described: there's no initiation fee at Revelo. You don't pay anything to start a search, review shortlists, or interview candidates. You're only invoiced once you decide to hire, so there's never money committed before you've seen who you're getting. The only deposit we collect, at the point of hire, is a fully refundable security deposit equal to one month that covers your engineer's final invoice.
If anything about an active search is unclear, reach out anytime at hiredevs@revelo.com. We're happy to walk through it.

 ### 28. Simplest And Effortless Hiring with Revelo's Shortlisting Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arikas Z. | Support System Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The best value is the candidate shortlist process in Revelo. It's impressive how they handle the entire process from defining tech stack, experience level, and availability. Within a couple of days, I have a handful of candidates that are already screened technically and for English proficiency, so I don't have to sift through hundreds of applications. The candidates we've interviewed are genuinely qualified, not just keyword matches. It's really important that Revelo handles all the tools and features for screening each resume and testing candidates for skills and English proficiency, saving us from manually doing it and wasting time. Additionally, getting started with Revelo is fairly quick; the platform is clean and easy to navigate, and we were able to move from brief to first interview in three to four days, which was faster than expected.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I think the initiation fee up front is a barrier, especially if you are not 100% sure yet whether the platform will work for your role. It's nonrefundable, so you are committing before you have seen any candidate. For niche or very senior roles, the shortlist can feel thin. We had one search where the options didn't quite match what we described, and the back and forth to refine it took longer than expected. More visibility into where candidates are in the pipeline would also be very helpful.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo simplifies hiring by managing compliance, payroll, and benefits for international hires. It saves us time by providing a shortlist of qualified candidates, screened for technical skills and English proficiency, eliminating the hassle of manually sifting through applications.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thanks for this. The shortlist process is the heart of what we do, so we're glad the pre-screened candidates and the quick brief-to-interview turnaround worked for your team. Your note about thin shortlists for very senior or niche roles is fair feedback too, and the refinement loop is something we keep working on.
We do want to correct one thing, because it could give other readers the wrong idea: Revelo doesn't charge an upfront initiation fee. Reviewing candidates and running interviews costs nothing, and you're only invoiced when you make a hire. So there's no scenario where you've committed money before seeing candidates. The refundable security deposit collected at hire simply guarantees your engineer's last month is covered, and you always get it back.

 ### 29. Revelo For Talent Sourcing Is Effective and Seamless Compliance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kazam I. | Human Resource Assistant ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I love Revelo because they are incredibly valuable for our tech talent sourcing in Latin America, especially with the hiring manager's perspective. The talent matching filters are amazing as they save us from sifting through hundreds of random resumes on public job boards. Instead, Revelo provides us a highly curated shortlist of software engineers who've already passed rigorous live coding evaluations and English proficiency assessments, cutting our time to hire in half and significantly speeding up our hiring process. The platform's onboarding dashboard is exceptionally straightforward, offering a clean, step-by-step wizard where we can define our coding language needs, preferences, and salary parameters. This allows us to start reviewing candidate profiles within the first forty-eight hours. Additionally, Revelo acts as the employee of record, handling all original legal compliance and payroll distribution automatically, making managing international contractor compliance much easier without needing localized legal counsel.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Revelo needs to improve its direct integration with tools like Google Calendar and Slack, as there are frequent delays and basic features like rich text formatting and seamless file sharing are lacking.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo helps us handle Latin American tech talent sourcing and payroll processing, easing compliance with local labor laws. It provides vetted candidate lists, cutting our hiring time in half and eliminating the need for manual resume reviews. This makes our hiring process much faster.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review. Curated shortlists of engineers who've already passed technical and English vetting, plus handling compliance and payroll so you don't need localized legal counsel, is exactly the experience we want hiring managers to have.
On the dislikes, we think there may be some confusion with another tool: the integration issues you describe don't match how our platform works. Candidate coordination and communication with your Revelo team typically happen directly through the platform and channels like Slack with your account team, rather than through the in-product integrations described. If you hit delays or friction anywhere in your workflow, we'd genuinely like to dig into it, because that's not the experience we want you to have.
Reach us anytime at hiredevs@revelo.com and we'll take a look together.

 ### 30. Revelo Is The Perfect Platform To Manages Global Hiring and Compliance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nacsaj I. | Human Resource Exec 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Revelo has saved us from a lot of administrative hassle for hiring global freelancers. The unified monthly hardware procurement system makes it so much easier. Instead of dealing with complex international shipping logistics, customs duties, and finding local tech vendors, I can order standardized preconfigured corporate laptops directly through the platform and have them delivered straight to the workers' homes. Revelo manages all the necessary hardware for the contract and ships it directly, so we don't have to manually manage it from our end. They made our initial rollout seamless by assigning a single point of contact who guided our HR team through local labor customs and expectations before our first hire.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I feel like the direct sourcing transparency is a bit restricted. The platform acts as a strict intermediary during the initial matching phase, which means I can't directly browse their entire database of engineers and independent contractors to look for niche skill sets. I have to rely entirely on their internal process.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to quickly replace developers who suddenly leave mid-sprint, ensuring no project delays. It eliminates cross-border contractor risks by hiring locally, saving us from legal hurdles across multiple South American countries. It's been a major relief for administrative and compliance issues.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review us. Quickly backfilling developers mid-sprint and removing cross-border compliance headaches are two things we work hard at, so we're glad those landed.
One clarification for other readers, because hardware works a little differently than your review describes: Revelo doesn't sell or provision laptops through the platform. What we can do is help coordinate the logistics, shipping and setting up equipment that your company provides for your LatAm engineers, so your hardware gets where it needs to go without you managing international shipping yourself. It's a coordination service, not a procurement catalog.
And on sourcing visibility: your account team can give you more insight into the matching process than you might expect. Reach out at hiredevs@revelo.com and we'll show you.

 ### 31. Revelo Help To Simplifies Global Hiring and Compliance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamzah A. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I love many things about Revelo, especially the dedicated account concierge, which is a big benefit. It simplifies my work by providing a single human point of contact who handles all localized HR and nuances, and employee questions. I don't have to become an expert in foreign labor codes to keep my team happy and effective. I'm also really impressed with the platform's handling of liability and compliance. Revelo manages these aspects, so I don't have to. This feature is very valuable because many things are solved by them, not by me. Additionally, the localized documentation workflow is impressively fast. Once we choose a hire, the system automatically generates country-specific text and legal forms in the employee's native language, allowing us to move from an offer letter to a fully operational start date in less than a week.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I need platform enhancement in the employee self-service portal because it feels a bit basic. I would love to see more internal career page patching tools or integrated learning modules for the developer, which would help them feel more invested in long-term growth while working through the platform.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo handles complex local labor laws and payroll taxes, reducing organizational risk and permanent establishment anxiety. Their dedicated account concierge manages localized HR tasks, freeing me from mastering foreign labor codes, ensuring compliance and international tax protection.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thanks for the kind words about your dedicated point of contact. Having one human who handles the localized HR questions so you don't have to become an expert in foreign labor codes is exactly the experience we're built around, and our team will be glad to hear it.
A quick clarification on the documentation piece, since it works a bit differently than described: contracts and compliance paperwork are prepared and managed by our team rather than auto-generated through a self-serve system. The outcome you described is right, offer to operational start in under a week is very achievable, but it's our people doing that work behind the scenes, not a form generator. We think that's a feature, not a bug.
If there's anything we can improve about the developer experience on the platform, tell us at hiredevs@revelo.com. That feedback goes straight to the product team.

 ### 32. Revelo Make It Efficient For Hiring with Room for Improvement in Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wenzel M. | IT Manager Assistant 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like Revelo's sixty-day replacement warranty that they provide. It makes my work easier by removing the hiring risk anxiety, knowing that Revelo will source a new candidate at no extra cost if the first hire isn't the right fit. This allows our leadership team to make hiring decisions much faster. Additionally, the Canadian search filtering made the setup phase very efficient, as we could narrow a pool of 100 developers down to a highly relevant top five list in less than thirty minutes by drilling down into specific subscales like experience with AWS services or specific frameworks.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Some operational improvements needed with interview scheduling logistics. It requires more automation as coordinating time slots across multiple time zones involves manual effort. I would love a native calendar-style integration where candidates can book directly into my Teams available windows.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solves the issue of technical parity with standardized coding challenges, ensuring candidates meet our benchmarks. It helps find specialized engineers in a competitive market, reducing hiring risk with a sixty-day replacement warranty.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thank you for the review, and we're glad the candidate filtering helped you get to a relevant shortlist quickly.
Two clarifications for other readers. First, the sixty-day replacement warranty described here isn't one of our standard terms. Replacement coverage is defined in your agreement, and we'd encourage anyone evaluating us to confirm those specifics with our team rather than rely on this description, because we'd hate for someone to sign with the wrong expectations. Second, our network is Latin America, so search filtering is built around LatAm markets rather than Canada.
Your point about interview scheduling automation is genuinely useful, though. Coordinating time slots across timezones is real friction, and calendar integration is the kind of feedback we take seriously. Thanks for flagging it, and we're at hiredevs@revelo.com if we can help with anything active.

 ### 33. Revelo Provide A Comprehensive HR Solution for Global Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge M. | Senior security analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

What I appreciate and and like about Revelo is their community platform; it's a massive win for us. The platform provides its own social and professional networking events for developers, which significantly boost their engagement and reduce our annual turnover without any extra effort from our HR team. We have less turnover and can keep our performing freelancers longer. The automated contract generation is incredibly efficient. We were able to move from a verbal yes to a legally compliant signed contract in under four hours, thanks to the library of preapproved local templates that required zero manual legal review.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I think Revelo's integrated messaging inbox could be improved because it feels a bit outdated. I wish they had a more modern, slick interface for candidate communication, as the current view can be difficult to navigate when managing multiple high-volume hiring pipelines at once.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solves our benefit parity gap, offering our freelancers comprehensive benefits like health insurance. It eases our administrative work all year, boosting freelancer integration and engagement, reducing turnover, and making my job easier with its community platform hosting networking events.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thank you for the review. Benefit parity for engineers, things like health coverage that make working through Revelo feel like real employment rather than gig work, is something we care a lot about, so we're glad that came through.
One correction worth making for accuracy: we don't currently host the developer networking events or community platform described in your review. Funny enough, it's something our own engineers have asked us for, so we love the idea, but we'd rather readers know what exists today versus what's on the wishlist. What does exist is hands-on contract handling by our team, which is how offers move to signed agreements quickly.
If community programming is something that would matter to your team, tell us at hiredevs@revelo.com. The more demand we hear, the stronger the case to build it.

 ### 34. Streamlined Hiring with Stellar Matchmaking By Revelo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imanda I. | Office Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I love using Revelo's matchmaking feature to be the most valuable asset. It makes my work easier because I'm not shifting through thousands of resumes. Instead, I receive a curated shortlist of candidates who have already passed rigorous English and technical assessments, allowing me to move straight to the final stage interviews. I also appreciate that the integration process was impressively smooth. Once we selected our developer, the platform handled the logistics and payroll setup within seventy-two hours, and our new hire was able to push their first commit to our GitHub repository by the end of their first week.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I find the nonrefundable session deposit model to be a bit of a problem. It is better for them to have a more flexible pay-as-you-go or success-based pricing structure, especially for smaller startups that are just testing the waters before committing to a full-time seat.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solves cross-border compliance by handling local taxes, monetary benefits, and legalities with its employee of record model, avoiding the need for local legal entities. It simplifies hiring by providing pre-assessed candidate shortlists, speeding up the interview process. It anchors our nearshore engineering expansion by facilitating real-time collaboration with developers in Latin America.

**Official Response from The Team:**

> Thanks for this. Skipping the resume pile and going straight to final interviews with pre-vetted candidates is the experience we're aiming for, and a first commit by the end of week one is the kind of outcome we love hearing about.
We do need to clear up the pricing piece, because it doesn't match how we actually work: there's no session deposit at Revelo, nonrefundable or otherwise. Searching, reviewing shortlists, and interviewing are free. You're only invoiced when you hire, and the one deposit we do collect at that point is fully refundable. It exists to guarantee your engineer's final month is paid, and you always get it back. In practice, that's about as close to pay-for-success as it gets.
Happy to walk any prospective client through the numbers at hiredevs@revelo.com.

 ### 35. Clean, Easy-to-Use UI with Optimized Performance and Helpful AI Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

The UI is clean and easy to use. Browsing feels well optimized and delivers good performance. The AI tools help assist our work, and the onboarding was good, with a meeting that explained how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Even though it was improved recently, it’s still missing some details in the review.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a good overall view of my work and my payments, which makes it easier for me to keep track of everything.

 ### 36. Proactive Support, Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos Kenji T. | Senior Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I really like that Revelo is proactive and keeps up with our daily activities closely. It makes me feel like a professional working with them rather than just a number, which is different from my past experiences at other IT companies. The salary aspect is also something I appreciate. The initial setup was very easy, actually the easiest I've encountered compared to other IT companies.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Nothing. It's a great company. The support given and how they perform continuous improvement in the way contact the people, is something outstanding.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo makes me feel valued as a professional, unlike past companies. They're proactive, closely involved in daily activities, and provide a good salary.

 ### 37. Exceptional and Reliable Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael D. | Software Enginner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I am a PJ developer at Revelo, and it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I like the work allocation and the simplicity in actions. The simple way things are resolved is something I really appreciate. The initial setup at Revelo was great.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

there is nothing I don't like about Revelo, everything works

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo solves work allocation problems and brings simplicity to tasks.

 ### 38. A Modern Platform for Finding International Job Opportunities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moises M. | Senior Software Development Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

Revelo's platform is modern and easy to use, and the support team is always available to help. I was also able to find a job through the platform. I could sign in using my Google account, and I didn't have to pay anything. They also have an AI assistant that helps users while filling out the forms.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

Sometimes, we experience issues when trying to apply for jobs. They should also improve the speed of their work review process.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo helps professionals find job opportunities abroad. I am Brazilian, and through the platform, I was able to find freelance work with companies in the United States.

 ### 39. Flexible Work on an Easy-to-Use Platform with Helpful Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

What I like about Revelo is that we can work according to our own availability, completing as many tasks as necessary. The platform is easy to understand, and all projects include onboarding and work sessions where we can ask questions.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

The window to reclaim a task is very short. There have been times when I wasn't available right when I received a request for redo. I ended up losing the time invested in the task since it wasn't completed.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The projects I’ve worked on at Revelo are improving a client’s product that I also use in my full-time job. So, Revelo is indirectly improving my day-to-day work.

 ### 40. Flexible Earning with Reliable Payments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like that Revelo offers most projects with a good hourly rate, allowing me to earn a fair amount for the time I commit to tasks. Another great aspect is the reliability of the payment system; payments are never delayed and are always the correct value. The initial setup was easy thanks to the comprehensive notes and onboarding session, which provided all the necessary information.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I feel some projects on Revelo are rushed if I start early. I think they should dedicate more time to internal tooling and fine-tuning tasks before involving labelers. Additionally, the scripts provided for tasks should be better tested and more compatible.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo for extra revenue when I have time. The good hourly rates ensure I get paid fairly for my work, and I can trust that payments are timely and accurate.

 ### 41. Great projects, support from the BPs, and excellent benefits

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I like the clients from Revelo, always with good projects, our business partners are always willing to help, the health plan is very good, great salary.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

I don't see any disadvantage in revealing it. Perhaps having benefits like certifications.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo helped me find a great client with a culture and technologies very much aligned with my professional expertise. I feel motivated by the partnership.

 ### 42. Streamlined Admin Tasks, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I use Revelo to work as a software engineer, and I like how it handles my contracts, payments, time off requests, and more, allowing me to focus on software development. The hiring process was smooth, communication is clear, and the support team is responsive. Payroll, contracts, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently, so I can concentrate on my engineering work. I appreciate getting paid on the first day of every month, which makes financial planning easier, and I also like the performance bonus program. Setting up Revelo was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

nothing to mention so far

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revelo simplifies working with international companies by handling contracts and payments, allowing me to focus on software development. The hiring process is smooth, communication is clear, and support is responsive. Getting paid on the first of every month aids financial planning.

 ### 43. Well-Organized Projects, On-Time Payments, and an Easy-to-Use Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murilo R. | Interview Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

 ### 44. Intuitive Platform for Global Developer Contracts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Revelo?**

I love Revelo as it is a great tool to get in touch with clients globally. It's easy to set up the payment method, and I find the options to request permissions and vacations so intuitive. With the Revelo app, I don't need to send an email to request permissions or vacations; I can simply do it through the app. Also, setting up payment information is straightforward, so I don't have to email changes like updating my bank account. The initial setup of Revelo was also very easy, as all the options are intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Revelo?**

They could improve the benefits they offer. For example, they have some extra benefits like gym access and office workspaces, but I only use the GitHub Copilot license. A good extra benefit could be an amount to buy a new computer, at least yearly.

**What problems is Revelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revelo to connect with clients worldwide, simplifying client communication, contract acquisition, and payment setup. It intuitively handles permissions and vacation requests, eliminating email hassles.
