Revel system is easy to use and has all the features needed to run and grow your business. The area that I have been most impressed with is their customer service. When I have a question or something that needs addressed, they are a phone call away and ready to help. My calls are answered quickly by a live person that is quickly able to understand my needs and then walk me through resolution steps. There are some reports that I would like to be able to tweak a little bit, but it isn't a big concern.
