Physical Inventory functionality issues.
- it is not included in the base price.
- Not intuitive when finding products.
The ability to search for a customer by phone Number on the POS is not intuitive. You must enter it exactly how it was entered the first time. It would be better if you could enter parts of it and have results show up similar to searching for a name.
-When receiving an order it would be nice to sort the items. for our retail business, we do not receive all the products at once and it is time-consuming to go through large PO's.
-It seems there is only one sales rep in Canada. I have issues trying to contact the rep, order equipment and have questions answered.
I did not like the fact after signing up, having the gift card functionality work is an extra cost.
