Sometimes the till drawers won't open, but the next day they will open just fine. I also don't like the way schedules are viewed. Friday and Saturday do not display on the screen and scrolling back and forth to see the employees name and what they are scheduled for on those two days is annoying. The ease of using the system but also that I can reach someone at all times, without a long wait, and they are always able to help me with any problem or question I have. That some of the features of the product can't be accessed by the end user without calling in and requesting the feature. Then the representative will allow or add it to our dashboard. Basic programming is generally simple, transferring a lot of things by means of exceed expectations spreadsheet was extraordinary. The retail and snappy administration stages that we use in our foundations are planned in light of those one of a kind enterprises, and the framework is sufficiently incredible to deal with near 10K stock things in retail; many workers in retail foundations; and even a speedy administration condition where hard-wired Internet administration isn't possible. It’s quick functionality allows for faster training of employees as well as transactions at the counter. The back end is quick to make changes too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Revel Systems? The downside comes with the schedule feature. While simple to understand it’s too simple for my needs. A platform that would allow employees to change their availability and put in request off’s would be much more functional. We were able to see how inaccurate employees were being with ringing in guests using the voids/ returns and error percentages. I wish that I didn't have to pay to use KDS screens considering I have multiple iPads that I could use. There are occasions where splitting checks becomes difficult.
