What do you dislike about Reveal (Platform)?

The processing platform is using a dated UI and is completely separate from the review platform. Requiring an entirely different login to use. I'm hoping it gets modernized to make it more user friendly and less cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reveal (Platform)?

Intuitive, well featured document review tool. Ease of implementation of AI models and search functionality are key benefits. User adoption at reviewer and administrative level is general quick especially with past exposure to other review platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reveal (Platform)?

Occasional bugs or challenges particularly after substantial releases or upgrades. These are usually short lived and well supported by the Reveal team in terms of workarounds etc.

Recent upgrades have occasionally discontinued beneficial past functionality without a clear alternative workflow though nothing too impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frequent bugs, changes in basic functionality without thinking through impacts (e.g., changing indexing of characters, removing ability to use leading wildcards), weird differences from other platforms on search index that hinder adoption, difficulty indexing data, inability to set custom scope for analytics, inability to search metadata without cumbersome RQL formatting, inability to set custom search indexes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reveal (Platform)?

The number of different visualisation features that are accessible for the user to go through the data and how easy it is to sort files into assignments. There is a knowledge base, which is very useful, and lots of small courses intended for the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reveal (Platform)?

The system is complicated to use and has a steep learning curve, which makes it hard to adopt. The integration between different parts of the system is not completely seamless, which means that it is not always intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
