I phone number to reach a live person would be useful. **What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to upload to the cloud large document productions consisting of various file types, that take up loads of file space, and not have to over utilize our servers. ### 2. Software has its limits on bigger cases. **What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** USing it in a law firm environment. In the past we used outside vendors to process our e-discovery and were often told that multiple files couldn't be processed by their software. With eCapture we had far fewer file types that could not be processed. **What do you dislike about IPRO?** The one aspect of eCapture that I dislike is worker management. Often a worker would just go offline for no apparent reason, and we would have to restart the worker process before the worker would be able to process documents. The offline workers' issue slowed down the overall process and used up IT staff's time. **What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using eCapture solved our problem of processing large amounts of both raw and structured data that we could not have done manually due to the sheer volume of data that we receive in discovery requests. eCapture has streamlined the process, saving us time as well as saving us money. ### 5.
