"Excellent live chat software for website engagement"

What do you like best about REVE Chat?

With REVE Chat, I can do live chat or voice/ video chat with my visitors. It works great on my WordPress website. REVE Chat also helps to receive chats directly from my facebook page visitors in Dashboard. So that is something I dont find in other live chat softwares. It also gives me good insights about my website visitors and their journey on my website, and hence I can understand about my customers better while chatting with them. What do you dislike about REVE Chat?

I think REVE Chat needs itegration with tools like Zendesk because right now there is no way to create tickets directly from REVE Chat dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering REVE Chat:

I think before you choose any live chat software, you have to define what are your business objectives. if you are looking for a free software, there are plenty in the market but they may not help you to solve your problem. Hence I recommend not to go for free softwares if you are serious about using live chat on your website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
