I like that Reva has a nice intuitive interface and leans forward with AI, offering features like sentiment analysis. I appreciate the ability to add a task directly to our task management system and the option to assign particular individuals to interact with guests or work on tasks. It prioritizes tasks and reviews based on urgency or various parameters, helping us work as a smart operator instead of just following chronological order. Reva's integration with high-level and sub-score reviews from major OTAs like booking.com and Airbnb is valuable, allowing us to understand details beyond overall scores. The system's close to real-time functionality is a huge plus. Setup was super easy, probably one of the easiest platforms we've used, and it works pretty well, bubbling up insights efficiently.
