I think sometimes it doesn't pick up regional British accents as well. So it will be very good with, like, a London and Southeast British accent, but when I've been talking to people from Scotland or the Northeast, it struggles a bit more to understand what they're saying. I use Rev for transcriptions of videos and conferences. We have a lot of audio and video content that is often hours-long, and having a person transcribe or take notes on it would take days. Rev does it for us in minutes. The best part about it is the summary it provides for every file. I do a lot of social media posting based on videos and panels, and watching/reading the transcript for a whole panel for a post can be taxing. Rev just summarizes all the important points for me so I can skim and draft a post. It can pick up accents seamlessly for the most part, which is really helpful because we work in tourism, so a lot of the videos feature people with accents.
