We have a lot of audio and video content that is often hours-long, and having a person transcribe or take notes on it would take days. Rev does it for us in minutes. The best part about it is the summary it provides for every file. I do a lot of social media posting based on videos and panels, and watching/reading the transcript for a whole panel for a post can be taxing. Rev just summarizes all the important points for me so I can skim and draft a post. It can pick up accents seamlessly for the most part, which is really helpful because we work in tourism, so a lot of the videos feature people with accents. Instead of losing a big chunk of time transcribing meetings or interviews, I can upload the file and get a readable transcript back pretty quickly.
