"Complete Business Software"

What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

Tigerpaw is a useful software package because it manages our whole business with the exception of the Accounting end. However, there is a link to automatically export that information to Quickbooks and it works well. There are so many features, sometimes it is hard to know where to look for them, but once you get past the learning curve, it does a great job of tracking our business data for our service business. The scheduling it great for a group of technicians. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

Tigerpaw does have bugs in the software that do not seem to get fixed quickly. Sometimes it will crash if you click on too many things too fast and feature requests don't get addressed very quickly. Their mobile app is useful, but not great. You can however access customer information and update tickets in the field, which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tiger Paw: Classic well performing Client Server CRM "
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

The compiled Tiger Paw code will run so fast as your client server corporate network will allow. The desktop interface presents an instantly loaded whole window to the end users. There is no need to wait for windows components to load. It’s an ergonomic classic design that allow you to interact without navigating to child windows. The system works independently of your enterprise internet speed or accessibility. The system database a is whole MS SQL server self-container that you could be migrated easily from one server to another without any effort. It runs well in physical and virtualized servers. What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

There is not a resource file to switch to Other language than English. In Latin America for instance not all users are capable to read in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy data base interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

Tiger Paw provides access to all of our customer's details and history in one easily accessible place. There are multiple pathways to access that information, depending upon your focus. As Office Manager, I access information differentlyfrom the way our techinicians and managers access it. Same info: but different routes to get there. I also like that I can import all the TP-produced invoices into QuickBooks so there is no double entry required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?

I get annoyed that when I am working in a service order and have to go elsewhere in TP for other info that I get pop -ups asking me if I want to save the info. I would prefer that it just auto saved. In general, pop ups that have to be clicked through to navigate within TP are annoying, but in fairness, it is largely due to my company's preferences than to a fault of Tiger Paw. Although the imports into QuickBooks are easy to do, if something goes wrong, it is hard to find help to correct it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
