**What do you like best about Reunion?**

What I like most about Reunion is that it brings the entire lead and booking process into one place. We can capture more inquiries, respond more quickly, and keep every opportunity moving forward without any leads slipping through the cracks. It’s helped our team stay more organized overall and has made our sales process noticeably more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Reunion?**

The biggest drawback is that some settings and workflows take a little time to learn when you’re first getting started. A bit more in-app guidance would make onboarding smoother, but whenever we have questions, the support team is responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Reunion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reunion solves the problem of leads getting scattered across different forms, emails, and manual follow-ups. It centralizes all our inquiries, helps us respond more quickly, and gives our team a clear view of where each prospect stands at any moment. As a result, we’re capturing more opportunities, improving lead velocity, and moving potential clients from inquiry to booking in a more efficient, consistent way.

It would be nice to improve the email send display.
